It's that time again, time for another anniversary celebration and this is a really big one!! This year's theme is the Roaring '20s and our sale-only yarn is the bee's knees. It's a fingering weight 93% superwash merino and 7% gold lurex blend with 437 yards per 100g skein in 20 colorways. That's right, we are going with gold sparkles for that art deco feel!! These skeins will be $20 each and will probably go fast so there is a limit of 1 handyded, 1 undyed, and 1 black per crafter (and yes, the discount will apply to these!!) There is a bundle of patterns that are perfect for this Roaring '20s themed yarn here.
A note on Parking and Traffic
Our friends at Olive's Apron will be closed for the day so while we will miss the tea and treats that day, they have generously offered up their parking for the day so in addition to parking in front of ReBelle, feel free to park in front of Olive's Apron or in front of 221 Rosemont Garden. There is also street parking available on Chalan Dr and Elam Park.
Saturday will be a UK Football home game day so if you plan to come in the afternoon, we suggest you change your travel path to avoid Nicholasville Rd- either by coming to the shop via Harrodsburg Rd or Southland Dr.

In addition to the bags, we will be doing a t-shirt preorder with our new design. T-shirt pre-orders give you the option of 4 styles, 3 colors, and a wide range of sizes (XS-4X.) For September's shop KAL, we will be doing another designer focused project this time using the designs of Joji Locatelli. There are tons of designs to choose from including projects from past knit alongs like the Odyssey Shawl and there are tons of new options that we haven't tried. This KAL will be happening at the same time as Joji's Fall KAL so we strongly suggest you jump over to her site and check that out. Whether you are stuck in the middle of a pattern and want some guidance, need some finishing help, or just need a bit of motivation, join Susan for her Project Help Sessions and get those outstanding projects done. No matter which fiber art you enjoy- knitting, crochet, weaving, felting, Susan can get you and your project back on track. Sessions will take place on the first Wednesday of most months and each group session is $20 for two hours and space is limited so register early.

Eternal Dawn Beanie
Looking for a new cute hat with some personality to keep away the chill? The Eternal Dawn Beanie is a lightweight hat that will charm you with how easy it is to make. It looks amazing in solids or subtly variegated yarns, and works up quickly from simple crochet stitches that are easy to remember.
Basic crochet skills are required for this class. We will learn how to start with a magic ring, work in the round and make the mini bean stitch. This hat uses about 125 yards of worsted weight yarn and a US I9 / 5.5mm crochet hook.

Beginning Knitting
This two-part knitting class that will get you knitting quickly! In the first class you will learn to cast-on, knit, and bind off so you can start on a set of fingerless mitts. In the second class, we will seam those mitts and learn purling, increasing, decreasing and basic pattern reading. This is a completely beginner class, you don't have to have any prior experience or knowledge and the class price includes two classes and all of your materials.

Clover Tweed Dishcloth
Join Raellyn to make this easy and beautiful two color dishcloth design that is sure to become a new favorite. A very beginner friendly pattern, the Clover Tweed stitch is easy to remember and even simpler to knit, as there is no purling needed in the entire project.
We will be learning to use knit and slip stitches to create texture, and alternate between two colors to create this classic looking pattern. This project uses about 100 yards of worsted weight cotton yarn in two contrasting colors and a US 7/4.5mm needle.

Crocheted Frames
Dress up your favorite memories with a cute crocheted frame! Join Raellyn to fancy up those photos with an easy, simple edging or an elaborate, multicolored frame. Many styles are possible if you mix and match your stitches.
Basic crochet skills are required for this class. We will learn the blanket stitch to make our frame foundation, how to space our stitches, and use different stitches to create your desired look. You will need a small wallet sized or 3” square picture, a US size C2/2.75 mm hook. We will provide fingering weight yarn and some pictures/postcards to practice on.

Intro to Spindle Spinning
Learn how yarn is made! We’ll talk about how fiber is prepared and spun, and you will get a chance to play with wool cards and different types of spindles as you learn one of humankind’s oldest and most important skills — how to make yarn. You’ll leave this class with both new skills and a renewed appreciation to what goes into making all that beautiful yarn that you love.
We’ll provide the wool, wool cards, and spindles to use in class. This is an absolute beginner class so no prior skills or experience are needed.

Beginning Brioche
Learn how to knit the squishiest fabric ever — Brioche! It looks so intimidating, but if you can knit and purl and yarn over , you can knit Brioche.
In the beginning Brioche Cowl class, Susan will teach you a basic brioche rib while you knit a beautiful two color brioche cowl together. You will learn the basic stitches, how to read them and how to catch your mistakes.
You’ll need 2 contrasting yarn colors in worsted weight, and needles that are a size smaller than usually recommended for that yarn.
