We have cleared 75% of the backlog. All new orders can be shipped as per usual.

We had a backlog of orders for a number of reasons including having one of our own shipments from the UK seized by customs for the first time. 

The remaining 25% of the backlog will be cleared Monday / Tuesday as we are awaiting for stock which has been delayed. All new orders will be shipped as per usual.

We have compiled a list of effected customers and will email them directly offering them a 1 time use 50% off coupon code. 

We apologise profusely for the delays. We should have marked products out of stock until we were ready, this was a mistake on our part and we are sorry for this. However we did not expect to have our stock seized leaving the UK which set off a chain reaction of bad events. 

We understand how frustrating it must have been and I hope our gesture of 50% off is acceptable. 

Customers who have received shipping confirmation emails or received their products could kindly inform other customers on the likely of Reddit and other forums, it would reassure the other customers and take our stress levels down :)

As advised earlier all new orders we are stocked for and will be shipped out same day.
