VALENTINE CHAUTAUQUA
Saturday February 11, we (Tim and Leanne) perform at the Four Corners Schoolhouse, in East Montpelier.
In addition to a substantial serving of stories, the program includes songs, instrumentals on concertina and ukulele, and a bit of magic. Some of the material is well suited to the Valentine season; for example Tim plans to perform a classic romantic tale from his solo storytelling album, and will sings a couple of ballads he got from his mother. But there will also be plenty of old-time snark. Duo tales will include the ever-popular Hungry Wolf's Lucky Day, Water of Life, and The King and the Thrush.
The show runs from 7 PM to 9 PM, with an intermission. Tickets: $10 adults, $5 kids, $30 family maximum, complementary refreshments. For information or to reserve a seat, just reply to this message or call 223 9103. Walk-ins are welcome, but should maybe come a bit early.
