Over one million Americans are now infected with the swine-avian-human flu virus now renamed as “H1N1 Influenza A”. According to the CDC’s latest report, over 44,000 cases have been identified, and to date, there have been 302 deaths. So far. As the Fall season approaches, many of you are concerned about how best to protect your families and loved ones. As a “lab created” pathogen, this “swine flu” virus does not exist in nature, and humans have no known immunity.
In a provocative article written by Dr. True Ott, N.D. entitled “Startling New Evidence that the “Swine Flu” is man-made—Novartis Patent Detailed and Mass Murder Charged”, the origins of H1N1 Influenza A bear a distinct resemblance to the 1918 Spanish flu that infected 20-40 million in 10 months and killed 500,000 worldwide. In 1997, Dr. Jeffrey Taubenberger and his team successfully re-created a “weaponized” version of the 1918 Spanish flu virus at Ft. Detrick, Maryland, a US Army weapons lab. According to Dr. True Ott, the 1918 killer virus was a recombinant or “split-influenza” virus composed of bird flu, swine flu, and multiple strains of human flu.
In 2005, Dr. Taubenberger worked for the NIH (National Institutes of Health) and focused on creating a vaccine for the virus that he and his team had reverse engineered. Dr. Ott makes the case that in fact, Taubenberger was working for Novartis, the largest pharmaceutical company headquartered in Basel, Switzerland. In November 2005, Novartis filed a provisional patent for a “novel pandemic flu” vaccine that was almost identical in detail to the work that Dr. Taubenberger was involved in. These “influenza vaccine kits” would contain live (attenuated) viruses in a squalene (water and oil) adjuvant that ironically make these viruses more potent, lethal, and spread very effectively. Rather than preventing the spread of disease, anyone receiving this vaccine will become the actual vectors and source of contagion.
These “kits” would be sold to other pharmaceutical companies that want to private label their own brand of vaccine. As of 2005, President Bush signed a bill that granted pharmaceutical manufacturers “carte blanche” immunity from prosecution from people who suffered adverse reactions to vaccines. With this newfound immunity, the Obama administration will use fear and disinformation to launch a massive propaganda campaign and vaccinate “at risk” people such as first responders, children, pregnant women and the elderly. None of the vaccine’s serious neurological side effects will be disclosed.

With mutations now a reality, one must ultimately ask,
According to Dr. David Williams, MD, in the June 2009 issue of his Alternatives newsletter “Swine Flu, Round Two”, vaccinations actually cause more damage than the flu. The swine flu vaccine fiasco of 1976 should Americans and our government reason to reconsider the effectiveness of vaccines. In 1976, President Ford and Congress mandated mass vaccination for the “swine flu” virus that killed only one solider in Fort. Dix, New Jersey. Unfortunately, the vaccine crippled approximately 500 Americans with a degenerative neurological disorder called Guillain-Barre syndrome or GBS. As corroborated by a 1979 “60 Minutes” documentary, over US$ 1 Billion worth of malpractice claims ensued. This documentary aired only once. As of July 29, 2009, various news agencies like CNN and Fox News reported that the US Military will work with FEMA to “assist” with the possible H1N1 outbreak. A possible direct violation of the Posse Commitatus Act of 1878 that substantially limits the Federal government’s use of military for law enforcement, this development sets the stage for possible forced mass vaccination on the American people.
Aside from vaccines, the CDC is treating H1N1 cases with two anti-viral medications, Tamiflu and Relenza. At present, five cases in the US have become resistant to Tamiflu. In fact, the ordinary H1N1-type flu virus has developed an almost total resistance to Tamiflu. In Japan, both antiviral medications have been banned because of a potential increase in serious neurological side effects in children. According to Dr. David Williams, using these antivirals makes one susceptible to secondary bacterial infections, particularly the bacteria Streptococcus pneumoniae, which are responsible for the high rates of death in previous flu pandemics.
So, what are your options?
First and foremost, resist the vaccine, even if you have to use deadly force. With live viruses contained in these vaccines, you will become vectors and spread the disease even more rapidly.
Second, practice common sense hygiene like washing your hands with plain old soap (not anti-bacterial) and water. If a flu outbreak occurs in your immediate area, isolation is the easiest precaution you can take. Avoid large gatherings of people. These always increase the risk of contracting flu or other communicable diseases. Hopefully, you have been stocking up on enough food and water to last you for several weeks at the very least.
Third, get plenty of rest and exercise. Usually, six to eight hours is adequate for most people; children and those recovering from illness will require more.
Exercising outdoors, especially before 10AM, will expose your body to UV-B rays that help your body manufacture Vitamin D. Just 10 minutes of UV-B exposure will give you approximately 15,000 IU of Vitamin D which is essential for fighting infection and boosting your production of NK (natural killer) cells. NKs are our body’s first line of defense against invading pathogens; increasing your intake to 50,000 IU per day is one of the most underutilized and yet effective methods of treating the flu.
One good source of natural Vitamin D is in high vitamin mineral cod liver oil (CLO). The added benefit of CLO is that it is in a form that is highly absorbable by the body and contains the correct synergistic proportion of natural Vitamin A to Vitamin D.
Exercise will also oxygenate your cells. According to Madison Cavanaugh in The One-Minute Cure: The Secret to Healing Virtually All Diseases, only 15% of oxygen is absorbed by your blood stream when you inhale. And increasing your oxygen intake is essential to boosting your immune system.
In 1931, Dr. Otto Warburg won his first Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for proving that viruses, pathogens and cancer cannot exist in a high-oxygen environment and with a balanced pH (presence of Hydrogen). In short, pathogens are “anaerobic” and when you increase your oxygen content, you create an environment where disease cannot thrive.
Boosting oxygen absorption is enhanced by certain bio-oxidative treatments like ozone (03) therapy and ingesting 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). As a systemic treatment, oxygen therapy works well because 60-70% of your body comprises of oxygen. With the extra oxygen atom, both ozone and hydrogen peroxide increase cellular oxygen absorption. Human cells are surrounded by an enzyme coating that resists oxidation. In contrast, pathogens that cause disease like viruses, bacteria and fungi possess no such enzyme coating and are “oxidized” or burst when the extra oxygen atom attaches to these pathogens. AIDS, cancer, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, eczema, herpes, yeast and fungal infections, open sores and wounds are just some of the 33 diseases that have been successfully treated by ozone therapy.
Just as “bad pathogens” cannot exist in an anaerobic environment, good bacteria or “probiotics” are aerobic and thrive in an oxygen-rich environment. Having healthy gut flora is also essential to building your immune system.
Why is the health of the gut so important to building one’s immune system?
Hippocrates once said, "all illness stems from the gut." Perhaps another way of thinking about this is that one's health has a direct correlation with the health of your digestive system.
According to Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD, a neurologist and practicing nutritionist who wrote The Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS), the small intestine contains lymph nodes that produce lymph cells. These lymph cells are a critical part of your immune system that kill pathogens or, if unable to kill, encapsulate and neutralize these opportunistic bacteria, viruses, fungi or toxins.
The health of your lymph cells rely on a symbiotic relationship with good intestinal flora or gut bacteria. These good bacteria thrive in an oxygen-rich environment. Aside from aiding in digestion, these good bacteria help synthesize essential B vitamins. B vitamins are your anti-stress vitamins. For those who suffer from biochemical brain imbalances like depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, and so on, optimal doses of B vitamins along with certain amino acids have significantly helped alleviate these conditions. Research conducted by several prominent psychiatrists like the late Drs. Abram Hoffer, Harry Osmond and Carl Pfeiffer have documented success in healing individuals suffering from biochemical imbalances.
Taking probiotic supplements will help re-colonize the gut. It takes about 2 months before the good bacteria will achieve balance. A person with healthy gut flora will keep these opportunistic microzymes in balance. In reality, these “bad” bacteria do serve a purpose. For instance, physiological E. coli synthesizes vitamin K and some B-vitamins in the gut. Unlike the germ theory of Louis Pasteur where all germs are meant to be eradicated, we now know that we need to have a healthy balance with bacteria. It's just that when these opportunistic bacteria and fungi and viruses overtake our bodies, then disease ensues.
Another way to increase your good bacteria is to eat home made lacto-fermented foods like sauerkraut, yogurt, kefir milk, and pickles.
Whenever we take antibiotics--which is really a toxin produced by certain fungi--it is indiscriminate and kills all bacteria, the good and the bad. As a result, fungi proliferate and, according to some researchers like Doug Kauffman and Michael Holland, MD, authors of The Fungus Link, illnesses like arthritis, cancer, diabetes, some mental illness, and so on, are caused by an overgrowth of fungi. Candida albicans is just one of over 400 different types of fungi that scientists have classified so far.
Make sure that the probiotic supplement you take is broad spectrum and contains the all-important Saccaromyces Boulardii, a really important organism that helps heal the gut from holes caused by the candida albicans fungus. According to Jordan S. Rubin, NMD and Joseph Brasco, MD in Restoring Your Digestive Health, some of the more noteworthy strains and its corresponding benefits are:
· Lactobacillus family - produce lactic acid that acidify the gut in order to help absorb proteins and minerals like calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, and manganese in the small intestine. Some strains produce natural antibiotics and help against chronic diarrhea.
· Bifidobacteria family– found mostly in the colon and manufacture B-complex vitamins.
· Homeostatic Soil Organisms (HSO)– secrete lactic acid, hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid to acidify the intestines. They occupy and colonize intestinal walls, dislodging decay on the walls and aggressive against molds, yeast, fungi, bacteria and even viruses.
And finally, keeping your blood pH more alkaline than acidic is essential in strengthening your immune system. The human blood keeps the pH within a range of 6.8 to 7.2, with the lower the number as more acidic, with 7.0 as neutral, and the higher the number, more alkaline. When food is digested, it turns into an 'ash' which can be either alkaline or acidic. In other words, foods like wheat grass, cabbage, watercress, and avocadoes produce a more alkalinity. Foods like artificial sweetener, HFCS, alcohol like beer and whiskey are acidic. Coconut meat and water, butter, ghee and raw milk are just some examples of neutral foods. Try to eat some raw, organic vegetable with every meal.
Not surprisingly, food is not the only source of acidity/alkalinity. Negative thoughts like stress, anger, and envy all contribute to an acidic environment. Taking prescription medication can also lead to an acidic environment. In contrast, positive thoughts like peace, love, kindness, meditation and prayer help contribute to a more alkaline condition.
