TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 2.18% at 2,078,546. Engineering Services (+4.94%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Paper Products (+3.64%). Oil Products (+4.91%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 29,374 billion (approx. USD 136 million). Persian Gulf Petrochemical Co. (PKLJ +4.97%) National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI +4.93%) and Esfahan Oil Refining Co. (PNES +5.00%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Esfahan Oil Refining Co. (PNES +5.00%) was the most traded stock with IRR 10,706 billion (approx. USD 49 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 170,740 billion (approx. USD 792 million), down 14% from the previous trading session.

The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 105,102 for a gain of 8.79%. The biggest riser was Esfahan Oil Refining Co. (PNES +5.00%) while Iran Khodro Co. (IKCO -4.91%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 48,181 billion (approx. USD 223 million), down 24% from the previous trading session. |
