Fall has arrived and with it the countdown to the last quarter of the year. Traditionally the last quarter of the year has been really good for the note business with people selling their notes to get cash for the holidays and vacations.
How has your note business been doing this year? What do you plan to do for your note business to close out the year? It seems to me that there has always been a consistent tendency during the last quarter of every year of individuals trying to improve their existing note businesses or trying to get a new note business started.
I will be at the NoteWorthy Convention in Las Vegas October 25-28, you should plan on attending as well. I will be speaking there along with other speakers from the Note Business (both the performing and non-performing sides), Real Estate Investing presenters and business marketing experts as well.
