Ana Borkowski, BSN, RN
DNP Student
Arizona State University

Anticipated Graduation Date: May 2015
Current Position: Women and Infant Services (WIS) Department, Banner Good Samaritan Hospital
“As a nurse I have had the opportunity to care for people across the spectrum, from the neonatal to geriatric population. I decided to enroll in the DNP program because as an experienced nurse I felt I was ready to further expand my knowledge and provide care as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. The program has taught me how to become an innovative thinker utilizing evidence-based knowledge as the foundation that guides my clinical practice. Upon completion of the program, I plan to work with families in critical shortage areas where I can aid in improving patient care outcomes, and contribute towards streamlining the delivery of health care.”
