Quote
of the Week
“Nothing
more completely baffles one who is full of
trick and duplicity, than straightforward
and simple integrity in another.”
― Charles Caleb Colton
President's

This year started off with a
bang and now it's already
February! It used
to be that a firm handshake and
eye contact were all you needed
to make a good impression. These
days, however, your online
appearance matters as much, or
more, than your personal
appearance. After all, most
people will Google your name
before deciding whether or not
they’d like to work with you.
What they find when they do will
determine their first impression
of you and your note business.
That’s why it’s increasingly
important to manage your online
brand and reputation. That
means, having a professional
website and social-media
accounts. It also means content.
What you’re publishing to your
pages and profiles will be the
first thing potential clients
see when they look you up.
Impress them with your knowledge
and professionalism by making
sure you’re offering them
quality content that’s relevant,
interesting, and eye-catching.
It may be the difference between
getting the deal or getting
ignored.
Remember,
Success
Demands Action! Keep on
marketing, it’s going to work!

Question of
the Week
Q
- Hi Jeff,
My questions to you: Do you deal mainly in 1st performing notes What type of
capital is necessary to begin investing in notes? Also, I've never considered
myself a "wholesaler", however: this may be an avenue with which I can build up
more capital to purchase notes. Can note brokering be managed while working a
fulltime job (and having a young child at home)? Thanks for your time,
~
Kathleen

Hi Kathleen!
Thanks for the email!
To answer your questions 1) Yes, we only deal with first position performing
seller financed notes. 2) I have bought notes for as little as $4,000 but you
may wait a long time to find an opportunity like that. I would say having around
$20,000+/- would be a good start to look for a note to buy 3) We do not call
ourselves "wholesalers" rather Note Brokers. This is a real business; you need
real time, effort and money for marketing. Can it be done while having a full
time job and taking care of children at home? The likelihood of success would be
very low. However, I started out in the same exact position (although my full
time job was working a graveyard shift at night) so it CAN happen. It will come
down to your persistence, patience and perspiration. If you haven't already
