Mazzard Farm Summer Breaks Filling Up Quick
Where 2024 was a very slow year, for a whole range of reasons, thankfully 2025 is much busier! That also means that for the main Summer Holiday weeks, we are seeing increasingly fewer opportunities remaining at Mazzard Farm. Late July and first half of August in particular are close to being fully booked.
Looking at some of our most popular cottages:
- Medlar Cottage (sleeps 4 + cot) - fully booked between 21 July and 8 August
- Pippin Cottage (sleeps 4 + cot) - available 11 - 25 July and after 29 August
- Quarenden Cottage (sleeps 6 + cot) - just 21 July - 1 August and 22 - 29 August remaining
- between 25 July and 8 August we have just one cottage remaining

Want to watch Salt Path - the movie?
We were fortunate to be invited to a pre screening of Salt Path, the Movie. Brilliant storyline, perfectly acted by Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs, and of course beautifully showing off our stunning (South West Coast Path) coastline.
Surely there is no better place to watch this then the Sidmouth Radway Cinema? It is currently scheduled to run there from 30 May till 4 June but most likely beyond this too. Mazzard Farm currently has two shortbreaks remaing for this time frame. Mention Salt Path when you book and Cinema tickets are on us!
