Natonal Sleep Survey update

A big thank you to all those who took part in the National Sleep Survey. The survey received over 7,500 responses (over 6,000 from primary and secondary school pupils and over 1,500 from adults)!

The survey results will be made available during BNF Healthy Eating Week.

The primary and secondary survey questions are still available as pdf documents for you to download and use.

Your pupils could carry out the survey with their peers, family or friends and produce their own sleep data charts.

Pupils could also compare their findings with the National Sleep Survey results which will be available at the start of BNF Healthy Eating Week (10 June 2019).
