Blogging!

A new year calls for a new initiative: a blog!
Last few weeks I kept writing. Inspiration kept flowing. Everywhere in the house, notes for next articles are lying around... If I would put all these articles in my newsletter, it would be more like a “newsbook”!

Time to try something new. Hense a blog. On my blog I will publish regularly writings, vision texts, new initiatives,... This way I want to avoid that my website becomes too big and too complex. And the beauty of a blog is that you as a reader can always respiond to what you read. You can write your own vision, questions, concerns, ...

So now you can find Jugo on 2 places on the internet: the website and the blog. On the website you will find my offer and what Jugo stands for. On the blog you find more background information. Please have a look!

Good intentions for the new year.

January 1, 2010. A new year, a new start. Did you, as so many others, made some newyear resolutions? Plans, promises, …

What are they based on? Are they based on the fact that you are not satisfied with your life as it is now? Should it not be as it is now? Should you not be obese? Should you not be addicted to smoking or chocolate? Should you not be alone? Should you not have such a poor condition?

Did your intentions arise from discontent with reality?

Or can you accept that life at the moment is as it is? Can you accept that you’re feeling like you feel, that you now have a certain weight, that you have a poor condition, that you are alone, that you’re a smoker ,…? If you can accept that and you no longer oppose to what is, you can let go of the struggle, the striving and fighting. You can relax and be who you are.

Let the abundance flow ...

Abundance is a wonderful theme for these holidays. When I see how much food and presents are being dragged out the supermarkets the last few days in preparation for the festivities, “abundance” is the first word that comes in my mind.
Last few months I’ve discovered a lot about “abundance”, because suddenly I got confronted with it: plenty of responses, work, ideas ,…. I discovered that it is not so evident for us to deal with this. Beliefs, shame and fears emerge. In our culture we have a particular reaction to abundance: in good times, when a lot of good things are coming our way, we tend to retain it and hoard. We do this because we think good songs do not last long, so we make a stock for bad times. But this way we block the flow of abundance out of fear for bad times, however, this way we create exactly the flow drying up!
Then we can say “you see, good times don’t last! Fortunately, I made a stock that I now can turn to.” But just by retaining, we caused the flow to dry!

Jugo has a Fosterchild in Ethiopia

Since december 2009 Jugo sponsers Maria, a 3-year-old girl in Ethiopia. This way children at the other end of the world can benefit from the power of Jugo. This is one of my ways to let the abundance flow...

Ho'Oponopono?!

Last year I learned to know the traditional Hawaiian healing method of "Self-I-Dentity through Ho'oponopono". This method was made famous by the work of psychologist Dr. Hew Len who applied this method successfully to a psychiatric ward for severely mentally ill. After 3 years the department could be closed for lack of patients, to everyone's surprise, most patients were healed and integrated back into society ...

This story intrigued me so that I started to search for more information. And what I read, made me even more excited. Dr Hew Len says that we are all 100% responsible for our own lives, for what is happening in our lives and in the world around us. Everything in our lives and around us, is a projection of inner conflicts, memories, blockages, patterns, ... Conversely this has major implications: if you heal yourself, you also the world around you because you are projecting less and less to your surroundings.

This intrigues you? To take a look at my new blog that is devoted entirely to Ho'oponopono.

So, finaly I'm finished writing for now ;-)

I just like to wish you a heartwarming, playful, quiet, joyful and abundant 2010!

With playful greetings,
