TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day down 0.70% at 1,741,296. Oil Products (+2.15%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was IT (-4.50%). Banking (-1.88%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 24,210 billion (approx. USD 106.8 million). Social Security Investment Co. (TAMN +4.99%) Persian Gulf Petrochemical Co. (PKLJ +2.61%) and Tehran Oil Refining Co. (PTEH +4.99%)were the main movers of the All-Share Index. National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI -0.52%) was the most traded stock with IRR 8,498 billion (approx. USD 37 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 160,197 billion (approx. USD 707 million), down 29% from the previous trading session.

The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 86,392 for a devaluation of 0.68%. The biggest riser was Tehran Oil Refining Co. (PTEH +4.99%) while Civil Pension Fund Inv. Co. (SAND -4.82%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 56,822 billion (approx. USD 250 million), down 23% from the previous trading session. |
