It's BNF Healthy Eating Week!
HRH The Princess Royal attends a BNF Healthy Eating Week event!
On Monday, BNF's Patron, HRH The Princess Royal, visited Jersey College for Girls to see some of the activities taking place for BNF Healthy Eating Week. The tour included a visit to the food room to see the students preparing a selection of delicious, healthy dishes. The event was a great success!

Drink plenty!

The challenge tomorrow is Drink plenty. Here are two ideas you could try!
  • Prepare jugs of water for the classroom (and staff room!) infused with different flavours, e.g. mint leaves, cucumber.
  • Create a class or form display with a ‘drink-o-meter’ to track the drinks consumed over a day or more. Add healthy hydration tips and facts to the display for inspiration.
Cook-along with BNF on Thursday 13 June!
Time to start organising your ingredients and equipment for Thursday's secondary school cook-a-long.
Join us at 9:15am to make Mexican pockets!
