What have BNF staff been doing today?

BNF staff have been busy making dishes that include three or more vegetables and sharing their recipes! Dishes have included: Caribbean soup with sweet potatoes, sweetcorn and spring onions; chicken and vegetable curry with courgettes, mushrooms and spinach and a mackerel salad with carrots, peppers and tomatoes!

Tomorrow's challenge is Drink plenty!

Why not introduce the challenge to your pupils by showing them the Drink plenty presentation or video.
Take a look at the challenge guide to find out why it is important to drink plenty and what counts!

Explore the Drink plenty resources!

What will your pupils be doing tomorrow to help them Drink plenty? Why not challenge them to fill in the Drink plenty tracker and see if they are able to meet the recommendations? They could write about their favourite drinks, play our hydration quizzes or try the guess the infusion challenge. Click here for all the Drink plenty resources.

Join in with tomorrow’s cooking sessions at 10am and 2pm. Watch the video or cook-a-long and make Noodles in a jar or Chunky chicken and potato soup. The recipes can be found here.
