New York Imam Shooting Sold as a “Hate Crime” by a Trump Supporter Turns out to be Immigrant on Immigrant Crime
Liberal Media Desperate to Kill the Trump Campaign and
Burning Credibility along the way.
Turns out that the Ozone Park shooting, where to Muslims were gunned down as they were leaving their mosque was a result of long simmering neighborhood violence between immigrant groups, not something caused by the Trump campaign sparking racial or religious outrage.
The 35 year old Brooklyn man named Oscar Morel was of Dominican descent but born in the U.S..  The local Hispanics and the Muslim community have been feuding going back into the early 200’s.
And minutes after Morel allegedly gunned down the two Muslims he allegedly drove into another Muslim, an Iraqi immigrant, as the man rode through a cross walk.   Complicating matters is a key witness at the shooting that identified someone other than Morel in the line up.  A .38 caliber revolver was recovered at the suspects’ home, hidden inside a wall with the wallboard set in place with screws.  Morel maintains his innocence.
But the point is that despite the initial kneejerk reaction from the media, the accused shooter is not a Trump supporter and there have been numerous fights and killings as the Bangladesh Muslim immigrants jostled with the Hispanics for homes and turf.
Along the same veins was a Yahoo News  published story that led with the line “Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?  The later version of the article was admittedly  edited, allegedly for attribution reasons but with an added link over the Pearl Harbor gaffe that linked to a movie. The reality was yes, the folks writing the anti Trump article were indeed that ignorant.
The frenzy continues and will until the election; Trump will be blasted often and hard by the liberal and RINO media and pundits.  If there was ever any reason not to support Trump seeing the liberals join ranks with the RINOs ought to remove all doubt.
Milwaukee Cops got it Right during the Riots
Baltimore Cops…. Not So Much I’m Afraid
Sylville Smith was a criminal thug and his killing might well prove to be justified.  While the body camera has yet to be released Smith lead a life of crime leading up to his being shot by Milwaukee Police.  The 23 year old fled on foot after being stopped last Saturday along with another man, both running away in different directions.  Smith was armed with a stolen semi-automatic pistol and allegedly had turned toward the cops with the gun in his right hand.   Cops say he refused to drop the weapon when ordered to do so and was shot in the arm and chest, not in the back as the rioters claim.  The police shooter was also black.
.Smith’s record is mostly petty crime, a 2013 shoplifting, speeding, no insurance, open container, and driving with a suspended license.   But he also had a conviction for carrying a concealed weapon in 2014 and in 2015 when arrested for reckless endangerment and possession of THC he had a girlfriend call the victim in the shooting case to recant their story and not show up to court.  There were 32 charges filed against him in total over the years.
Last Saturday night the word had spread of the shooting on social media and a crowed gathered outside the police station in Sherman Park, close to the Fond Du Lac Avenue which was the main strip of the community.  Businesses including a BP gas station and a beauty salon were looted and torched along with cars.  An O’Reilly Auto Parts shop, a branch of BMO Harris Bank, a Metro PCS cell phone store, a supermarket and the umbiquitous liquor store were also looted and destroyed.
The area was violent already, with five homicide victims in the preceeding nine hours that were simply black on black crime and unrelated to the riots or original shooting of Smith.  And there was a long history of undress from police/black community interaction.  In 2014 a retarded man was killed and the  cop was fired for not following protocol.  In December of 2014 the Justice Department interceded involving death of black suspects in police custody and cases of 74 black citizens subjected to illegal strip searches and body cavity searches that resulted in a 5 million dollar settlement paid by the local government.  Then in June of this year riot police appeared in Sherman Park just one block away from the latest riots.  Windows were smashed and rocks thrown and the same BP gas station that was burned last week was the place for a lot of unrest including a murder.
The riots continued for three days with numerous injuries from throw items and gun shots.  During one riot a police gun spotting system counted thirty shots in just a short time.   Meanwhile community leaders and Smith’s own sister urged the protestors to stop while another sister urged the crowds to burn the surrounding suburban neighborhoods.  CNN had shown those remarks but had edited out most of her remarks making it seem that the other sister was calling for peace when she was really whipping the crowd to widen the rioting.
The local Sheriff, David Clark, wrote an op ed about the riots that blamed the liberal media and white liberal apologist officials for the rioting.  The local city government, the Common Council, is bi racial with blacks well represented along black/white ratios in the community.  But it is also a very, very, liberal government which has held back job creation using regulation and lets face it, who in in their right mind would open a business in an area known for violence and rioting?
The sad fact is that the black community interacts with police a lot because the community is violent and needs close contact to deter crime.  Even that isn’t working but the cops can hardly back off and let the violent thugs turn the place into a war zone.   Despite the body camera footage not yet being released we believe that this was hardly an incident to criticize police over, just a nasty job that someone has to do to quell lawless behavior.  Yeah, there is that history of abuse in the recent past but rioters are not protestors and looters ought to be shot on sight during a riot.
Then there is Baltimore that is a close cousin to the Milwaukee situation.  Freddy Gray was arrested for running from police officers after making eye contact.  Arrest documents filed after the death claimed a “switchblade” was inside Gray’s pocket but prosecutors said the knife was not a switchblade and legal to own and carry.   Gray was said to have had three vertebras broken either during the arrest or during the ride to the jail.   Six officers were charged with the death, three black and three white, but a jury trial on one officer and bench trials for the rest led to acquittals of the charges after the initial hung jury..
Long before the acquittals the city of Baltimore erupted in riots.  Days after the death a local mall was looted and the rioting spread to many parts of the city.   The National Guard was called in to quell the rioting.  Damage was wide spread, looting and burning, and hundreds were arrested.
The Baltimore City Council is also mixed race and liberal Democrats mostly.   You hear the same excuses for the rioting, decades of poverty and police brutality, yet both cities are led and have been led by liberals for decades.  Baltimore also had a problem with police brutality as Milwaukee did and the Justice Department had been involved.
One incident reported by the Justice Department involved a routine broken tail light stop.  The woman involved was ordered to exit the car and strip naked at the side of the road while a female officer searched her bra then pulled down the woman’s panties to do a body cavity and anal cavity search in full view of the public on the street.   The woman was released without charges after receiving a warning ticket for a broken taillight.
Another incident in January of 2016 the same officer strip searched a black teenager in public.  The older brother of the kid was the actual target, suspected of selling drugs.  The officer found the younger brother, pushed him to a wall and frisked him, not finding any narcotics.  The officer ordered the teen to remove his jacket and sweat shirt, frisked again and found nothing, then ordered the boy to drop his pants and underwear for a further frisk.
The arrest report claimed drugs were found as part of a “consensual pat down” but the drugs never made it into the evidence locker it seems or were never found to start with is more likely and the charges were dropped against the teen.
These cases were part of over sixty illegal strip searches.  In the case of the woman being strip searched over the broken tail light the officer was given a mere reprimand and retraining.
Look at the parallels in both cities that experienced rioting.   Police brutality unchecked along with a real need to have the police involved in those communities.  Liberal, bi racial Democrat led governments leading both cities.   Unchecked strip searches due to pressure from the city leaders and community to stop the massive murder rates and crime rates in the black community.    Poverty and decay present in both cities with few local businesses or industries providing local jobs.
One feeds off the other, poverty breeds violence which breeds pressure on cops to do something and the local officials look the other way in hope that fear and police violence is enough to tamp down the tensions and rage.  Black culture, the dissolving of the black families, and racism plays into the mix as well.
And that racism isn’t white hooded cops having fun with blacks.  That racism is practiced by the liberal Democrat and liberal Republicans that refuse to hold blacks to the same standards of conduct and decency as the rest of society.  When the riots happen they say…well they have just reached the breaking point and can no longer hold in the anger over racism and ill treatment… basically stating that blacks are not capable of peaceful protest or cleaning out their own house before casting aspersions on their neighbors.
Neighborhoods run in a cycle in large cities, first they are built and occupied by well off people with jobs and savings, responsible people that maintain the homes and community.   Decades later, unless it is  government housing authority, homes become maintenance intensive and as the occupants age and retire the buildings become a bit run down.  Property values begin to drop, properties go up for rent, and minorities and the poor suddenly can afford to live in a better neighborhood with performing schools so they move in.    These folks aren’t different because they are minorities; they are different because of social class or wealth.  Things deteriorate further as rent houses deteriorate as land lords suck equity from the homes by delaying maintenance on homes that are most likely going to be torn up anyway by the tenants.  The schools become harsher places to attend as the poorer students move in and bring the class/culture problems with them, grades plummet while local taxes wane as property values drop or don’t rise with inflation so school budgets go down and the good teachers move away.
Eventually these neighborhoods wind up like Milwaukee and Baltimore poor neighbor hoods, starkly divided into poor and rich districts.  Eventually things get so bad that homes are derelict or so many homes are torn down that property becomes a fraction of what it once was, in some cases the homes are given to people if they will fix them up.  Gentrification begins, the process by which the wealthy drive out the poor as super cheap real estate is snapped up by individuals and developers, cleaned up and occupied, pushing the poor out due to increased rent, taxes, and property values.
As the bible says the poor will always be with us.  Disrespecting them because they are poor or even because they are undisciplined and are potential criminals isn’t helping things.  The good cops out there, those that sustain a good attitude and deal with people using respect and restraint need help in driving out the bad ones.   As far as hiring more minority cops, that is a good thing, but there is a process where minorities turn on their own in an effort to distance themselves from their own.  Remember most of the guards and workers at the gas chambers in Germany were prisoners themselves that were willing to send others to the gas chambers so that they might live a bit longer.  What is needed is a reset in police training and procedures along with a willingness of juries to convict bad cops and punish the politicians that enable such a society to come into being.  Jobs are needed, that means reasonable regulations and taxes, government helping businesses to set up and expand instead of constantly hindering them and milking them for taxes.  These areas need to be well policed against vandalism and crime but done in a humane manner until it is certain that only violence will deal with a problem.
But it always starts with law and order.  Respect civil rights, respect God given Constitutional rights, but once looting and burning breaks out shoot on sight if that is needed and bury the dead in mass unmarked graves.  There are plenty of ways for people in the U.S. to protest and make changes and if a people are too lazy to do the work for change and want to use violent revolution then they will have what is coming to them.  But if it comes to that don’t neglect to put the blame where it should be, on the community leaders that allowed things to deteriorate in the first place.

Nasty Politics in Cleveland County
We had decided to stay clear of the Cleveland County Court  Clerk race as we had supporters on both sides but then someone just had to start throwing lies and dirt and few things are more troubling than seeing a lying politician elected to office.
The first thing we looked at was the donor list for the candidate and counted  five businesses, fewer than that retired people, and the rest were almost ALL Cleveland County Court Clerk employees, bail bondsmen, or attorneys.  The vast majority of them are also Democrats and this is a Republican Primary runoff.   And who benefits by having a Court Clerk in their debt?   Employees of the office of County Clerk, bondsmen, and attorneys benefit from having access or better pay if the candidate wins the election.
Marylyn Williams is running for Cleveland County Court Clerk against former Rep. Mike Reynolds, and she authorized and paid for some really, really deceiving mailers this weekend.   The first attack was a claim that Reynolds received thousands of dollars in illegal mileage for travel to the Capital.   The truth is that ALL legislators receive this mileage as it is state law.   Those legislators that live more than a few hours travel do receive per diem pay in addition to their mileage pay so Mrs. Williams is counting on confusing enough voters to carry the run off election.  Reynolds has never received such per diem pay as he lives within the boundary.
Next Mrs. Williams claims that Reynolds illegally transferred tens of thousands of dollars from his campaign funds into his personal use.    In fact, Reynolds has always filed his ethics reports to the state Ethics Commission and any illegal transfers would have been used against him long ago by his liberal political enemies.   But Mrs. Williams delayed filing her ethics reports in an effort to hide the liberal Democrat donors that were funding her campaign.
The next lie concerns Reynolds’s business which has the best campaign voter lists in the state.  Williams claims that Reynolds provided campaign services to Democrats and worked to defeat Republicans that were “more conservative” than Reynolds was herself.   First off, it would be illegal to refuse to sell a service to someone based upon their race or ideological leanings.  I suppose Williams would support her right to refuse to serve blacks if she leaned that way.    Second, political parties have their own voter data  bases and there is no doubt that a few conservative Democrats wanted better lists and they paid good money for them.   Secondly, a Republican more conservative than Mike Reynolds?  One that he attacked and worked to defeat?  That is an outrageous bald faced lie.   Mike’s last House voting index had him at a solid 80 points out of 100, a result of one “bad” vote on lobbyists and two missed votes that he would have surely voted correctly on.  Reynolds has always been one of the lions of the conservative resistance in the state, to say otherwise is beyond repugnant.
The next set of lies is concerning state contracts and a vote against a “road and bridge building bill”.  Williams claims that Reynolds “illegally” bid on state contracts.  The problem with that is many legislators have businesses that hold state contracts; it is not an illegal act, they just recused themselves if a bill comes up that might be a conflict of interests.   And Reynolds has never held ANY state contracts or bid on any state contracts in the 18 years he has been an elected official.  The charge of voting against the road and bridge bill is actually correct because that bill gave money to counties that had no valid projects according to the law!    The bill passed and as a result Greer County build a multimillion dollar bridge with a dirt road on either side while the Purcell/Lexington bridge state highway bridge repair was delayed because of lack of funding.  The closing of that bridge put thousands of people to driving a hundred miles per day in extra commute including emergency vehicles trying to respond to an incident a mile away from the cities.
Another mail piece claimed that Reynolds REID scores declined while admitting that the REID was State Chamber of Commerce supported.   High REID scores means you support corporate welfare and rent seeking, the passing of laws restricting competition or increasing the profits of a private business with no compensating rise in benefit to the public at large.  A high REID score is a mark of shame for a conservative legislator.
The next bald faced lie is that Reynolds’s software company has been suspended four times due to failure to pay state taxes and they quote the State Secretary of State.   In fact the company has never been suspended or failed to pay state taxes, in fact, the Secretary of State data base is often used to attack conservatives that had old corporations that were shut down and thus had the state franchise taxes unpaid.    But these franchise taxes are always paid in advance so if the corporation is shut down there is no tax owed.  And companies with valuations less than $200,000 pay no tax anyway and it isn’t likely that a software company with one employee has that kind of investment.
The next lie was that Reynolds didn’t pay or was late paying property taxes. A search of Reynolds’s property tax records turned up two late payments due to stop payments on  lost checks, one for under $8.00 and another with no fine as it was a few days before the payment was replaced.
Up next was allegations of illegal campaign donations back in 2008.  The fact is that Reynolds has never had an ethics complaint filed against him and if you look at conservative legislator’s donation reports they are one tenth to one twentieth the amount of donations that the RINO and liberals receive.  Fat chance of getting many donations much less illegal donations.
The next attack was over a 2005 vote on SJR 5, where Williams claimed that Reynolds voted against stripping legislators of salaries if convicted of felonies.   Reynolds is a Constitution loving sort of guy and the legislation would have required tracking and reducing legislature pay if one of them was caught without his license late at night even if the next day proved he had a valid license.  Reynolds would have supported such a bill that required conviction before reducing or stripping the salary from the legislator.  And for some strange reason the bill wouldn’t apply to other state elected officials like the Governor, Lt Governor, Treasurer, county officials, county commissioners or Mrs. Williams herself should she be elected to Court Clerk.  Meanwhile we have Senator Gen Stipe, Rick Brinkley, Bryce Marlatt, Cal Hobson, and Mike Morgan convicted yet no one is clamoring for their pay to be reimbursed while in office when they committed their felonies or when arrested for drunken driving or APC.
Next was a lie told about Reynolds’s vote on SJR 61 in 2010 which was unconstitutional as the law contained multiple subjects and it levied a tax upon all Oklahoma businesses without the required super majority vote or a vote of the people.  Williams claims that this was “one of the largest state tax increase in history” and that Reynolds didn’t support SJR 61.  Well yeah, as it was a tax increase he should have not supported it.  Basically Williams is lying about the purpose of SJR 61, something easily verified online.  It was a NEW tax of $25.00 on businesses designed to keep revenue flowing in as an old tax had been knocked down legally.   Williams also brought up a vote against SB 1436 which was a companion bill to SJR 61, a bill that would have kept the reporting requirement after the tax itself had been declared illegal and unconstitutional!  That tax was being repealed, of what use was it to continue to force businesses to file the reports?  Yes Reynolds voted against that bill!
The next insane claim is HB 1742 where Williams claimed Reynolds voted to double the fees.  In fact, that bill would have doubled the time for the validity of the carry permit from 5 years to 10 years if the applicant wanted to do so.  That would have cut the other costs including what is paid to the sheriff for processing and background checks to once in ten years and  double the valid permit longevity means double the fee is quite a good idea.
The last attack was really a strange one, accusing Reynolds of running for County Commissioner in 2014 as if that is somehow an illegal or immoral act.
People wonder why bad politicians are so common.  It is because the best way to get there is immoral acts and lies during the campaign.  Mrs. Williams fits the bill on this as she shows little integrity or respect for the people in her district.  Yes, she will be found out, but not before she is elected and her skin is thick enough to stay in place till the furor dies down.  But do you really want such a person handling money and court cases?  The election is on Tuesday.  Please contact everyone you know in Cleveland County and spread the word.

In politics name recognition seems to go a long way. The other candidate for the Republican seat in Senate District 39 has a lot of name recognition. One would expect that from a former Head football coach for the University of Tulsa Golden Hurricane. He was once the starting quarterback for the team. What else does he offer to the citizens of District 39?
The first article of interest we found was this Former University of Tulsa football coach Dave Rader announces bid for state senate District 39 seat - With his name recognition and the troubles that Representative Sullivan was having at the time, this would have been a good time for him to hit the national political stage. We know there was a crowded field, but he stood a decent chance. Why not run for office then?
After his coaching career had ended, the citizens of Tulsa seemed to have gone all out to get him to run for the U.S. Congress. We found this article Draft Dave Rader For Congress Effort Underway | Tulsa Today. We cannot say why, but Mr. Rader couldn’t be persuaded to run for the party’s nomination or the citizens urging to run for the office.
The next article of interest we found was this Dave Rader for State Senate. This is from his campaign web site. If you’ll notice there is nothing to indicate where he stands on the positions. He is the third politician we have seen do this this year. If you’ll read the “About Dave” section you will find what he is basing his campaign on. It happens to be the same old arguments that every politician in the state of Oklahoma uses.
The next article of interest we found was this Dave Rader for Oklahoma Senate. This is his Facebook page. This is a smart move, but his opponent also has one. Both are social media savvy. In today’s society you have to be.
The next article of interest we found was really intriguing. We encourage you to open this document and take a look for yourself here David Rader - Wikiwand. There are biographical information here that has never been displayed elsewhere. We urge you to open this link and read them for yourself.  You’ll find items like he was drafted as a quarterback out of college by the New York Giants. Unfortunately he only played one season. As a coach at the University of Tulsa his record indicated he took his team to two bowl games winning one of them. His overall record is abysmal though. It stands at 49-80-1. Is he capable of doing better as a politician?
The next item of interest we found was this Political Notebook: Dave Rader to announce candidacy for state Senate District 39 - Tulsa World: Capitol Report. This is actually dated October 15th, 2015. We find it remarkable at the number of individuals who indicated their candidacy for this open seat well in advance of the registration day.
The next item of interest we found was this Dave Rader - Ballotpedia. Here we find a rehash of what is in his campaign web site on his campaign themes. It all sounds good and it’s what the people want to hear, but we wonder if he can really do the job. His coaching record says no.
The next article of interest we found was this David Rader - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. This gives you all the information you need about his work record. We will make no judgement on it, but urge you to open the link and read the article. It tells you a lot about the man.
We next went to to see what information they might have available on Mr. Rader. We started with this page Dave Rader's Political Summary - The Voter's Self Defense System - Vote Smart. Since this is his first attempt at running for office, we didn’t really expect to find much here and we were correct. There was nothing more here than what hasn’t already been covered earlier in his campaign site.
We next went to the Biography page here Dave Rader's Biography - The Voter's Self Defense System - Vote Smart. He did list his athletic accomplishments and awards in this section, as he should. He worked hard for the awards that he received.
We next went to the Ratings and Endorsements page here Dave Rader's Ratings and Endorsements - The Voter's Self Defense System - Vote Smart. He did receive one rating from the National Rifle Association. It is listed below.
NRA Candidate Position on Gun Rights   64%
That is not a good rating. There are current serving Democrats that have a higher rating.
We next went to the Campaign finance page here Dave Rader's Campaign Finances - The Voter's Self Defense System - Vote Smart to see what they had on his campaign finances. We found no evidence of donations from major unions or political action committees. There was only one special interest group listed and they did not give the maximum amount. We wanted to check elsewhere.
We went to to see what information they had available. We started with the list filed under the and found nothing. We tried various spellings and even used both the full name and abbreviated name Dave and David Rader. There was nothing. We next went to to see if it had been misfiled there. Nothing on file at all. We don’t think Mr. Rader is a dishonest man, but something has happened to the reports he has filed and he needs to check into them. Until we can verify those reports we cannot and will not support his candidacy.
In conclusion there are just too many holes that need to be filed in for Candidate Dave Rader to make an effective State Senator. His success to date has been on name recognition only. His campaign is based on slogans that everyone wants to hear, but have little chance of coming about with the chambercrats we have in the Senate now. As much as we respect Mr. Rader, he is not the best candidate for the job.
