Huntsville News:
HURRY__ It's Your Chance to Make donation to Huntsville Town Park count big!
The Community Foundation of Ogden Valley, (CFVO) deadline for donations is coming quick!
It's that time!   It is the OVER DRIVE Campaign (Amazing Raise)!
This campaign is where your contribution really gets a punch!  Whatever is donated to Huntsville Park during this campaign, the Town receives a match to the funds raised.  Please see all of the options below as to how you can donate toward our beautiful Huntsville Park!
Come visit our booth Saturday August 1st from 5 - 7pm at the Wolf Creek Resort, 3900 N Wolf Creek Drive, Eden, UT  84310.  We will be selling raffle tickets to win one of the art pieces that have been donated by local artists that live within Hunstville.  All funds raised from the raffle ticket sale are matched!  We are looking to build a Gazebo that would also be part of the Ogden Valley Pathways Trailhead within Huntsville Park.  There will be food and fun for all!
Ball Drop:
Donation match.  Golf Ball Drop.  You can donate by doing the Golf Ball Drop Raffle.
This is a raffle for 8 incredible prizes.  But instead of raffle tickets, you can buy numbered "virtual golf balls" that are your raffle tickets.  At 7 pm. a helicopter will fly up to the 18th green and drop all the purchased numbered balls over 8 holes that represent each prize.  The numbered ball at the bottom of each hole wins!  Balls are selling for:

1 for $20
3 for $50
7 for $100

Balls can we bought on the website at
Be sure to select Huntsville Park so your NPO team gets credit.

Subject: Chopper drop ball sales standings as on 10:20 am this morning

As of 10:20 this morning, excluding balls sales by the Community Foundation, Snowcrest PTO leads the way with $1,030 and is the first team to qualify to compete for the $1,000 bonus. There are several non-profits who have not gotten on the scoreboard and we need your support.
There are now 10 incredible prizes listed below.  To enter, go to the website below, buy or sell virtual numbered balls (they are your raffle tickets: 1 for $20, 3 for $50 or 7 for $100).  You will receive your ball numbers via email.  At 7:00 pm on Saturday, we will fly in a helicopter, drop the numbered balls over the 10 holes on the 18th green that represent each prize, and the ball at the bottom of each hole wins the prize!  We have criteria for tie breakers.

Match Fund Donors

Match Fund Donors are some of the most important people in the Amazing Raise Campaign. YOU are the individuals, families or businesses who want to promote giving to ALL of the over sixteen non-profits based in Ogden Valley and serving the greater Ogden area. (learn all about them under OUR NON-PROFITS)

As a Match Donor, your contribution goes DIRECTLY into a fund that matches the money raised by the non-profits during the 74.5 Days of Giving.

Join this illustrious group and become a MATCH DONOR today

Community Foundation of Ogden Valley

Give to the Match Fund, magnifies the fund-raising efforts of ALL the participating non-profits.

How does it work?  Donate to one or more participating local non-profit organization(s), and CFOV will match your donation (%), resulting in a greater impact than that of an unmatched donation.  Donations eligible for matching funds are accepted from July 4 - September 30th.

Donate ONLINE to our Nonprofits

Your donation to one of the non-profits will be matched by the Community Foundation of Ogden Valley if given during the 92 Days of Giving, July 1 through September 30.

Just click on the non-profit(s) of your choice, add to cart, add dollar amount ($10 X number of dollars you wish to donate) and complete your purchase.

It’s as Easy as 1-2-3.
1. Click on the non-profits(s) of your choice
2. Click on ADD TO CART
3. Within the cart click on the icon to change the dollar amount

A small box will appear in the upper left . Click on the icon in that box. Choose quantity.

At that point you may proceed to check out or choose additional non-profits to which to donate.

Then plan to join us the first weekend after Labor Day as we celebrate the non-profit organizations doing GREAT things and where we celebrate the spirit of giving in our community. This is a FUN day planned for families. Save the date!

Be sure to pick Huntsville Park as the one to receive the contribution match!

Go to Huntsville Park and Donate!
This is a great opportunity for residents to make a small donation to our Huntsville Town Park that benefits the town twice as much! The CFVO will match any donation amount made to Huntsville Town Park.
If you have ever taken your kids to a soccer game, tennis game, playground area, or amazing ice rink and thought to yourself, I wish I could make a donation but decided not to because the amount you could donate was so small. This is your chance!!  Make a donation, no matter how small, and it will be matched... This could be a wonderful boon for the Town. We hope you will consider making a donation, even a small one. Donations will be put towards building an additional pavilion on the new soccer field area.

Donations are due by 5:00 p.m. on September 30, 2015. So don't put off what you can do today!
Thanks again, and have a great weekend!
That's All For Now - Have a nice week!  :)
