HAPPY FEBRUARY BIRTHDAYS
TO EACH OF YOU PRECIOUS
SOULS BORN THIS MONTH!
“Your value doesn't decrease based on
someone's inability to see your worth.”

Earlier this month we cleared our beliefs that
the people or things in our lives defined our
In this ezine/video we'll explore how to release
painful emotions from being devalued by others.
People who feel inferior about themselves will
devalue others, to their faces and behind their
backs. Often it's subtle, such as never
arriving on time to an appointment or constantly
interrupting your conversation. Their behavior
is indirectly saying, "Your time doesn't deserve
my respect" or "Your ideas aren't worthwhile
enough for me to listen to them."
Sometimes people hurting on the inside will lash
out with comments intentionally meant to hurt
you, to make you feel worse than they do.
After a while, your self-esteem and self-worth
are chipped away. Your Inner Child and/or sub-
conscious mind may wonder, "Am I really a bad
individual, a worthless and terrible person?"
You may begin giving away your power, shutting
down emotionally, or mentally beating yourself up
as if to PROVE to the hurtful people that they are
right, you are no good.
Subconsciously you may believe that if you keep
showing the hurtful ones that they are RIGHT about
your worthlessness and your inferiority that
you will earn their love.
We all know that never happens. The hurt keeps
coming. Time to RECLAIM your SELF-VALUE!
This month's second video will begin a gentle
release of the emotions that made you feel
unworthy or awful about yourself. (It's less than
5 minutes to view, too!) Please write down all
the memories that arise as you watch - they are
related to your feelings of unworthiness and pain.
