Portland Story Theater Building Community Through Story Since 2004

Hello, Friend of PST! This is a little note from Lynne & Lawrence at Portland Story Theater to wish you a very happy new year! In case you missed it, here is one of our wonderful podcasts from our Urban Tellers series, told by Lynn Fitch, "From Folly to Forgiveness," and also for your viewing pleasure, a video of Frank Engel telling "Dancing With The Afro-Cuban All Stars." And if you find any value and joy in our labor of love, please consider supporting it with a donation – this year, like every year for the past fifteen, we have invested innumerable hours and tremendous resources in building community through story, and every little bit of support helps keep it going. If you already donated: THANK YOU.

As we move into the new year, we thought you'd like to know about a few shows that are coming up in early 2019. On January 25th and 26th, Lawrence Howard, the Armchair Adventurer, brings us a new version of Shackleton's Antarctic Nightmare with musical soundscape by Laurent Nickel and multimedia artistry by Michael Hill. On February 2nd, it's the amazing storyteller Warren McPherson with his first-ever solo show, You Were Supposed To Be This Great Thing. And on February 9th, please join us for our annual Valentine's show, Kiss & Tell. We'll send you more details soon but until then, you can Click Here to Buy Tickets
Portland Story Theater’s 2018-2019 Season is generously supported by The McIvor Family Charitable Fund; Ronni Lacroute; Tonkon Torp; John Moe; Diane Ponti and Ward Greene; Polk Family Charitable Fund; Dana and Steve Dennis; members of the Portland Story Theater Board, Founding Circle, and Narrative Network, and many other individual supporters, as well as by the Oregon Community Foundation; The Collins Foundation; James F. and Marion L.
