No matter how much you study and
analyze, you cannot understand
the note business until you have
money at risk. There are
no fast or easy ways to get
around the learning curve.
In spite of some claims to the
contrary, you need to gather
information and knowledge as
part of the process of learning
how the note business works.
Nothing beats experience and
"time on the water".
Some suggestions: Consider and
use all valid kinds of
information. Beginning note
investors can gain insight from
articles, newsletters and
resources. Remember, all sources
of information about are part of
the same overall market body of
note business knowledge in some
way or another.
Listen and learn. You can gain
more knowledge about the note
business from other investors
and brokers than you can from
the internet. Get facts from
other individual note investors,
investment clubs, symposiums and
don't rely on 30-second sound
bites.
Remember,

sell...how can I make money from this situation?

Hi Mike!
Thanks for the email!
Unfortunately, we do not purchase non-performing notes from banks. You might be
able to search online to try and find companies or individuals who do this side
of the note business. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Good luck!
