unique, boutique walking tours of San Francisco's past
Empty Pockets Full Hearts

With the holidays over do you dread paying the bills for the holiday gifts and parties and wish you had deep pockets?  Forget your bills and come see how the other half lives!  Hobnobbing With Gobs of Snobs is our tour about really rich people who used to hang out in one of The City's toniest neighborhood.  Explore  the elegance of the Fairmont, the calming warmth of Grace Cathedral and the welcoming face of the Clock at the St. Francis.  Learn how Snob Hill got it’s name and all the nabobs that built their homes there.  Though they are are gone the stories and rich vocabulary remain.
We are proud to present Hobnobbing with Gobs of Snobs as our Tour of the Month for January. Join us as we explore some of San Francisco's best kept secrets and learn the about the stinkin' rich and dirty money that built Nob Hill. It's the Golden Rule: those with the gold make the rules. (Sound familiar? Well, sometimes history repeats itself.) History, beautiful architecture (inside and out), lots of photo ops, plus the usual fun and frivolity from our highly rated FOOT! history experts.
Every month, FOOT! gives a little back. Since January is Glaucoma Awareness Month, proceeds from our Hobnobbing with Gobs of Snobs tour will go to LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired. They serve thousands of blind and visually impaired youth, adults and seniors throughout the entire Bay Area. To learn more about LightHouse, or to donate directly to them, click here.
January is traditionally the month where we all resolve to [fill in the blank].  If your list includes getting more exercise, exploring your world, or taking up a new hobby in the first month of the new year.  Here is your chance to learn more about The City and start with the high life!  The views are unparalled, the laughter free and the climb up Nob Hill will warm your heart and help you burn off some those bothersome holiday calories without paying for a gym membership.  Let's go climb a street!
