Hello everybody, we send our very best wishes to all our readers and Avishai Cohen followers, for the new year.
It will be a big year for Avishai with his new touring projects and music.
We aim to keep you informed of all the hot musical news and views throughout the year. Avishai will take to the stage very soon with a new trio in Israel on 28th February 2013.

Avishai to perform 4 special shows in Israel
For these four upcoming shows Avishai will present a special trio line-up. Joining him will be Nitai Hershkovits, the young talented Israeli pianist who was his musical partner on "Duende", and the prolific Spanish drummer Jorge Rossy who has collaborated with Avishai on many occasions including Avishai’s debut album "Adama" (Stretch Records / Concord, 1998). Together they will perform various songs and tunes from his broad and dynamic repertoire.

Avishai will be performing with a brand new trio this year. Joining him, on piano Nitai Hershkovits, and Ofri Nehemya on drums.

Avishai will tour with his with Strings project from the 3rd May, in countries such as France, Germany, England, Ukraine and Switzerland

This week on BBC Radio 2, Avishai was interviewed by Jamie Cullum on his weekly show. The pair enjoyed chatting about the influences in Avishai’s work and we also got to hear a demo piece of music from his new strings project that will tour this year from May 3rd in Wolfsburg Germany.

We are also working on a new facebook page for Razdaz Recordz, Avishai’s own record label. We hope to get you closer to the artists that Avishai considers part of his musical family, with news updates, videos, show dates and competitions.
