Script Call

Our script call is now open - we are looking for scripts from 45 minutes to full length for production at The Lowry next year and potentially going on to a North West tour. Your script should be:
Written by you
Production ready
Not previously produced (workshops and rehearsed readings are not previous productions)
Have a cast of between 1 and 6
Length from 45 minutes to full length
Suitable for a studio space
The call closes on 28th February
Mid-Winter Ignition

Mid-Winter Ignition is an evening of an eclectic mix of short pieces of new and unique theatre created by some of the fantastic new and emerging talent from the North West - with a Mid-Winter theme.
Writers, directors and actors were brought together to creatre new peieces of theatre specifically to be shown as part of this event.
Mid-Winter Ignition will take place at The Kings Arms, Salford 22nd-24th January as part of the Play-For-Free festival

The Distance Between Stars

The next script from our 2013 script call will have a mini tour of the North West in the Spring: 
"Elliot is in hiding. His sister Helen wants him to start participating in the world. Daisy wants to let go of her troubled past. Mr Birzoni wants a love affair. Just when life starts looking up, Elliot's obsessions steer him in a dangerous, unexplained direction. A new play about grief, extra-terrestrials and ginger custard"
