Many people believe, "I've heard all I need to know about Remote Viewing history. All I need to know is how to do Remote Viewing!"

First, many who think they know remote viewing history have gotten their understanding of RV history from folks who themselves have a shaky grasp on the facts. That often means the RV history you know isn't actually reliable history at all.

Having an accurate view on who-did-what-when is essential in knowing how to understand what some people want you to believe, and whether it really is believable. In this talk I’ll give you some guidelines to make navigating the remote viewing labyrinth a bit easier.

Second, those in the remote viewing community today often want to bypass history because they really want to get going right now on doing RV rather than wading through what they think of as tedious “homework.” Unfortunately, that means that they often end up “reinventing the wheel”—having to do a lot of unnecessary experimenting just to make discoveries that were already made years ago.

It is often said that to make real progress, it helps to stand on the shoulders of those who went before. By refusing to climb onto those shoulders, we make no progress, because we are too busy making the same progress that others had already made. We would give ourselves a headstart if we just took the time to learn from the past. That’s what this talk is mainly about.

And there will be a quiz! Let’s see how well you do..
