Church Point Parking Permits & AUSGRID Project
|
Church Point Parking Permits 19/20 Form
Ausgrid still have no firm start date from the contractor. If
they do not get one within a reasonable time frame they may decide to
postpone until February next year!
Those who have submitted interest in relocating will need to renew
their permits for the 2019-20 year and Ausgrid will have a claim form
that can be submitted for reimbursement. Currently the
reimbursement is $350.
There are still a few other details that Council is exploring, such as
the possibility of lockers at CP, lighting at Rowland Reserve, and a
method of tagging those who will be parking at Rowland Reserve.
This is important because if there is not an identifier on these
vehicles/permits then there is a danger that people will park in the
carpark anyway!!!
There was a suggestion that the Ranger look at the numbers on the
permits to determine whether those vehicles should be at Rowland during
the duration of works!!! This is being reviewed and it may well
be that a permanent stamp on the permit could suffice (an R in bold
colour), but this will need to be decided quickly this week as people
will be going in to purchase permits for September soon.

Point Parking Scheme. https://www.northernbeaches.nsw.gov.au/services/parking/church-point-parking
