The AP reported that the council working for the teams in charter negotiations is questioning NASCAR because they do not believe the TV deal was as lucrative as officials expected and believe teams are getting shut out of licensing agreements that should be shared. Click to read story.  
Denny Hamlin made predictions for the 2024 NASCAR season, suggesting if he doesn't win his fourth Daytona 500, he expects Kyle Busch to win it on his 18th try and he also shared the lofty expectations for his 23XI Racing team heading into its fourth season. Check out the video.

Kyle Larson announced he had signed a new endorsement deal with Logan Paul and KSI's Prime Hydrate brand, which will feature a logo on the Hendrick Motorsports driver's helmet in 2024.
 
What makes the announcement more interesting is the endorsers Larson is joining, including three-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Premier League star Erling Haaland. 
 
Wednesday
Jeff Gordon joined Dale Earnhardt Jr. for the Dale Jr. Download and, unsurprisingly, a main topic of conversation was charter negotiations.
 
The Hendrick Motorsports Vice Chairman got candid when talking about the teams and their leverage with a lapse in the latest agreement. "We don't have a current charter agreement that guarantees that the teams have to show up at the race tracks." Click to see video.
 
 
Thursday - Duels Recap
Jimmie Johnson qualified for the Daytona 500, edging out JJ Yeley in the second Duel. The seven-time champion expressed relief after the race. However, during the race, things got heated and he couldn't hide his frustration with his Legacy Motor Club teammate. Click to read story.
