Happy 2005!!

Jeffrey R. Armstrong, President, Armstrong Capital
Let me be one of the first people to wish you all a very Happy New Year. I hope that you all had a Safe & Sane holiday season.
January has always been one of my favorite times of the year. The holidays are just behind me and I am still energized by all of the family get-togethers, feasts and gift giving. As well as the excitement of the New Year and all of the hope, opportunity and new challenges and experiences that await me and my business.
As a note broker the New Year also means that I am approaching one of the more profitable times of the year, tax season. While, like most Americans, I don't necessarily look forward to paying taxes, I do look forward to helping others pay theirs by brokering their notes. This is a fantastic time of the year to make good money brokering notes and, while I do make a good amount of money this time of year, I truly enjoy knowing that I helped people who were in a tough spot meet their obligations.
The New Year is also a great time to look forward and plan for the success of your note business. How did you do last year? What worked? What didn't work so well for you? What can you take forward from 2004 and apply and improve in 2005? What are your plans for this year? What are your goals? What are your dreams?
There is no better time to sit down and plan for the next year. The fun and festivities are behind us all. Now is the time to sit down and plan for the future & Plan for success. Now is the time to improve your note business. Each January 1st - Each New Year - is a time of rebirth and a time to renew, rejuvenate and improve upon ourselves and our businesses.
I know what my plans are for the New Year.. Do you know what yours are?
