HarDarshan's Chia Pudding Breakfast
Start with a basic chia pudding blend:
In a bowl or mason jar, for each serving, put in 4 TB chia seeds, 1 cup of plant based milk of your choice, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, and 1 TB. of maple syrup. Whisk well, put in the fridge, and a bit later, whisk again to avoid clumping. Let sit overnight, and in the morning, add:
2 TB. of your favorite jam
1 TB of nut butter
lots of fruits - berries, bananas, etc.
