President's Corner

       A couple days ago fall began. With summer officially over now what can we expect in the note business for the last few months of the year? 

      It has been a good year thus far for Armstrong Capital and business has really picked up over the last couple of years. We exceeded the volume of the last two years by the end of July and are on track for our best year since 2010. In addition, we had no summer slowdown, which according to my statistics over the last 23 years is only the third summer this has ever happened to our company. Usually summer slows down to a crawl but not this year. 

       Knowing all of that, we are looking forward to the last three months of 2014 and can't wait to see what the business has in store for us.  Hope you are all getting your share as well! Remember, Success Demands Action! Keep on marketing, it’s going to work! TWITA!

Hi Dave!

          Thanks for the email!  Dave there is no such thing as an inventory of true Seller Financed Notes for sale.  The way we work with individual investors is that we email you a Note Investor Criteria Sheet and you fill it out as completely as possible.  Then, when a note comes across my desk that fits your criteria AND we have an acceptance on it we will contact you directly. Hope this helps!
