Joseph W. McMoneagle is a retired Army Chief Warrant Officer with 12-plus years of service overseas as an Intelligence Officer. He has 34 years of professional expertise in Research and Development of numerous multi-level technical systems, the paranormal, and social sciences. His experience includes: protocol design, collection and evaluation of statistical information, prototype design and testing, Automatic Data Processing equipment and technology interface, management, and data systems analysis for multiple systems.
He is owner and Director of Intuitive Intelligence Applications, Inc., which has provided support to multiple research facilities in the area of Anomalous Cognition [AC] in the production of original and cutting edge information for over 26 years.
He was a member of the Army Star Gate Program from start to finish; is a full member of the Parapsychological Association, and as a psychic Joe has worked for the CIA, DIA, NSA, DEA, Secret Service, FBI, and most other agencies as well as the Department of Defense. He’s demonstrated remote viewing more than 50 times on National Level Television in 7-countries successfully with a better than 80% success rate.
He was special advisor to the Commander of the US Army Intelligence and Security Command, as well as the Army Chief of Staff for Intelligence. He has 28 military awards to include the Legion of Merit and holds the rank of Knight Commander in the Order of St Stanislaus. He has also authored four books on Remote viewing and its history; Mind Trek 1993, Ultimate Time Machine 1998, Remote Viewing Secrets 2000, and Star Gate Chronicles 2002.
Edwin C. May, PhD., is the president and founder of the Laboratories for Fundamental Research, Palo Alto, California. Formerly, he was a scientist with the U.S. Government’s secret ESP program popularly known as Stargate from 1975 – 1995, and was the director of that program from 1985 to 1995.
He is the author of several articles in the nuclear physics literature, many papers in the technical journals of parapsychology, and over 300 technical final reports on ESP to the government. He received his doctorate in experimental nuclear physics from t he University of Pittsburgh in 1968.
