NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY
SEDANS & SUV: Cancellations less than 3 Hours prior to the pickup time, a charge of $60.00 {SEDAN} & $90.00 {SUV} plus applicable taxes and/or other fees applies. Out of Town pickups cancelled less than 5 hours prior to pickup time, the full charge will apply, for a no show or cancellations on site, the full charge will apply.
VAN or STRETCH: Up to TWO WEEKS prior to pickup date, no charge. Less than TWO WEEKS prior to pickup date, a charge of $250.00 plus applicable taxes and/or other fees applies. Less than 72 Hours prior to the pickup time the full charge will apply, in the case of hourly service, a minimum of 2 Hrs per vehicle plus applicable taxes and/or other fees will apply.
SPECIALTY AND FIRST CLASS VEHICLES {Mercedes S550, BMW 7 Series, Stretch SUV, Shuttle Bus, Coach, etc...}: Up to TWO WEEKS prior to pickup date, no charge. Less than TWO WEEKS prior to pickup date, a charge of $350.00 per vehicle plus applicable taxes and/or other fees applies. Less than ONE WEEK prior to the pickup time the full charge will apply, in the case of hourly service, a minimum of 3 Hrs per vehicle plus applicable taxes and/or other fees will apply.
