Corner
This is the last newsletter of
2015, wow the years just seem to
fly by when you are having fun
in the note business. Thank you
for following, subscribing and
supporting me throughout the
year. Much more to come!
In 2015 we have seen some very
big advances in the market,
things have definitely took a
turn towards more volume and
more closed transactions for
most note professionals both
institutional and individual. We
are looking for even better
things in 2016. This year we
also lost two dedicated note
professionals, Bill Broadbent
and Daniel Gillman. They will be
missed and I will continue to
use their memory for inspiration
and guidance. Life is too short,
find out what and who is
important to you and live your
life to the fullest!
I hope this year has been good
to you, both personally and
professionally, and may it
continue throughout the year to
come and into the future. Remember,

When you send out your initial letters do you use standard paper and envelopes
or do you get a better quality stationary type?

A - Hi Paul!
Thanks for the email!
I use white linen paper and plain white #10 business envelopes with one window
for the address to show through on the letter. Lots more info on direct mail can
