EFT for Pets

Tips of the Month 

Holiday sights, sounds,  smells and extra visitors are changes in the daily routine that frighten many pets. 

You can proactively use surrogate EFT before the festivities begin to calm your pet by tapping on yourself and talking as if you were the pet, e.g.,

"Even though I, Shadow, feel afraid and unsafe with all these changes in routine, I release my fear and know that my Mommy and Daddy will keep me safe and protected."

You can then send your pet mental pictures of being calm, safe and loved.

EFT Banishes Holiday Stress!

You CAN relax and grow RICH over the upcoming holiday season if you use EFT to blast the fears underlying your stress and anxiety. 

Try these three sample Setup Statements on the sore spot or karate chop acu-points.

General Holiday Stress: 

"Even though I'm afraid of another season of holiday stress, I choose to release this anxiety, re-energize myself, relax and focus on the holiday joys."

Fear of Social Anxiety at Holiday Gatherings: 

"Even though I'm afraid of having an anxiety attack during holiday gatherings, I release this fear and choose to feel protected and safe with everyone, everywhere I go."

Fear of Failure to Finish Holiday Tasks on Time: 

"Even though I'm afraid I'll never get everything done in time for the holidays, I choose to release my fears and empower myself with the knowledge that I'm doing the best I can and everyone will love me for it."

Next, do the 9 Gamut procedure (eye rolling, humming and counting)

Finally, tap on the acu-points (face, torso, hands) with these phrases or make up your own:

"Afraid I'm going to stress out again this holiday season."

"Afraid of rejection by loved ones if I cut back on my holiday to-do list, and give less during the holidays. "

"Afraid I'll spend too much again this year."

"Afraid <name> will drink too much and confront me at this year's holiday family gathering. "

"Choosing to forgive and release these feelings of fear, anxiety, resentment and not being safe."

"Believing that as I release this fear of having an anxiety attack in public, I will handle all social situations with complete confidence."

"Tapping away all these energy blocks and choosing peace, safety and joy."

"Knowing I am doing the best I can during this holiday season and my loved ones appreciate my labors of love and gifts of time and effort."

Now, relax and see how you feel. Keep on tapping until you reach level zero, feel calm, peaceful and blessed during this holiday season...and always.
