What have BNF staff been doing today to Eat more wholegrains?

BNF started the day with a team wholegrain breakfast, online! Breakfasts included mini wholemeal scones with poached fruit, porridge with chopped bananas, and breakfast cereal, yogurt and fruit combinations! Watch this space to see how we Vary our veg tomorrow!
Tomorrow's challenge is Vary your veg!
Why not introduce the Challenge to your pupils by showing them the Vary your veg  presentation or video.

You can also learn more about the challenge, and the importance of varying your veg, with our Vary your veg webinar.

Explore the Vary your veg resources!

What will your pupils be doing tomorrow to help them Vary their veg? Why not challenge them to identify unusual veg or the ingredients in
different juice shots? They could play vegetable bingo, draw a colourful veg basket or guess the fibre content of a variety of vegetables. Click here for the Vary your veg resources.
Cooking sessions

Join in with tomorrow’s cooking sessions at 10am and 2pm. Watch the video or cook-a-long and make
Tasty tuna pasta salad or Veggie fruity burgers. The recipes can be found here.
