The applications of TValue  amortization software for the  note broker, note investor, real estate investor, etc. are  endless. With TValue amortization software, no note, loan, lease or any cash flow is too complex. No balloon payment is too difficult. Tip of the Week

Did you know...

Be very careful who you choose to be a part of your note business. Your long-term success is more dependant on the quality of the people who you work and associate with than on the quantity.

Quote of the Week

The ache for home lives in all of us, the safe place where we can go as we are and not be questioned.

― Maya Angelou

 President's Corner

In the note business a lot of us work alone from home and it can be hard to “get motivated” at the office—you try but nothing seems to work! You start to feel terrible, like you’re falling behind in your business. You’re bored, lethargic, and you don’t want to meet up with your friends because you don’t want to talk about what you’ve been doing. (Or, more accurately, what you haven’t been doing.) I’ve totally been there, too, and I’ve felt the frustration that comes from a lack of motivation when working. And I’ve also got some good news. This month I am sharing some things I have learned to try and stay motivated.

Finally this month, this is a big one: having autonomy (self-governing and independent) in your note business. Now, this doesn’t mean that you make your own rules about how the business is done—it just means you get a domain of choice about how you’re doing things. Sure, in the note business world, there are plenty of things that have to be done a certain way—but there are also plenty of places where you can have more autonomy.

And that brings me to my final point: What you can do is communicate with your investors, associates and colleagues. You can identify the skills you want to develop, ask for feedback more often or probe for clarification when tasks are not clearly identified or seem insignificant.

More than likely, you’ll be able to change something about your workload. And not only will you be more motivated—your investors, associates and colleagues will be impressed you’ve taken the initiative. Remember, Success Demands Action! Keep on marketing, it’s going to work! TWITA!
