Holders are our customers and
are the heart of a successful
note business. Even if you have
great services and the best
pricing models, your note
business will not thrive without
a continuous flow of Note
Holders that need cash. That is
why it is important for you to
make sure that you exceed your
note holders' expectations. If
note holders become note sellers
and are happy with your company
and the way they were treated
then they will most likely not
only come back again but also
refer others to your company.
This is so elemental, it is
often overlooked.

Have you ever come across a note with payors who are not US citizens? Can they
be purchased?

A - Hi Chuck!
From time to time we will
see a note with payors that are not US citizens. We seen them from the
north, the south and across the pond. There are a few note buyers who do
consider notes with those types of payors. They do a little bit more due
diligence and usually require a very strong detailed pay history. Hope this helps!
