Tip of the Week
Did you know...
Sometimes marketing to a strange
city and talkingto note holders
you are not around (and will
never be around) can give you
the courage to take negotiating
risks you otherwise would not
take. So, get out of town!

President's
Corner
Marketing is one thing
but then what do you do when
they call? When I have a note
holder on the phone it has
always been part of my
negotiating strategy to create a
friendly, relaxed conversation.
Converse with each note holder
as you would with a close
friend. For the most part,
people are mirrors and will
return what you send out. If you
are relaxed, open,
conversational and show you
care, your prospects will tend
to mirror that. Remember,
Success Demands Action! Keep on
marketing, it’s going to work!

~ Sai A - Hi Sai!
The smallest note I ever bought was a $13,000 note for $4,000. The
smallest note I ever brokered was an $11,000 note for $6,000 to the seller and
