We're back!

It's so nice to sing together again after almost 2 months apart, and I'm so excited to welcome all the new voices into the family!

At the next rehearsal we will touch upon each piece that we didn't touch upon at our first rehearsal. I will also be passing out the schedule for the rest of the semester, as well as including a link in next weeks' newsletter.

Thanks to the many of you already paying semester dues. That is our biggest source of income allowing us to provide this fun and rewarding singing experience. There are two websites it will be helpful to have in your bookmarks. The first links the example videos for our semester repertoire. Ross often points us to them to get a complete sense of a piece. Sherrie's Scherzo

It was great to see everyone on Monday! Welcome to both returnees and first timers with our group. If you're currently in the "undecided" category I encourage you to take the full 3 weeks before making your decision. Each rehearsal gives you a slightly different look at who we are and how rehearsals work.

Should you decide that Voices isn't for you, please remember to leave your music folder with us. If it's the music that doesn't quite fit your style, we do change the theme/repertoire each semester so don't hesitate to check the website (acithaca.org) for coming semesters; they typically begin in late January and early-mid September.

Name tags are optional but if you'd appreciate a little help remembering the names of members you meet, please feel free to pick one up at the table when you enter. It's yours to keep with you for the semester.
