Not sure if I have mentioned the
book to you before by Don Miguel
Ruiz entitled "The 4
Agreements". if you have not
read it yet I highly recommend
it for both personal and
professional growth. I
read this book over 15 years ago
and continue to strive to do
these things all the time.
Don gives us 4 agreements to
make with ourselves for a
better, happier and less
stressful personal and
profession life. So for the next
four weeks I will give them to
you one at a time.
The first agreement to make with
yourself is
Be Impeccable with Your Word.
Speak with integrity. Say only
what you mean. Avoid using the
word to speak against yourself
or to gossip about others. Use
the power of your word in the
direction of truth and love.
Impeccable means “without sin”
and a sin is something you do or
believe that goes against
yourself. It means not speaking
against yourself, to yourself or
to others.
It means not rejecting yourself.
To be impeccable means to take
responsibility for yourself, to
not participate in “the blame
game.”
Regarding the word, the rules of
“action-reaction” apply. What
you put out energetically will
return to you. Proper use of the
word creates proper use of
energy, putting out love and
gratitude perpetuates the same
in the universe. The converse is
also true.
Impeccability starts at home. Be
impeccable with yourself and
that will reflect in your life
and your relationships with
others. This agreement can help
change thousands of other
agreements, especially ones that
create fear instead of love.

I was inquiring about your Temporary Seller Financing program that I came across
on your website. I did not think anyone was doing such programs any longer? Is
this just a misgiving on your web page, or are you really doing Temporary Seller
Financing deals? Thank you for your time and attention regarding this matter.

Thanks for the email!
In short, that is not a typo or misgiving, we do have a program for "Temporary
Seller Financing" where we help seller's of free and clear property structure
the sale of their property and terms of the note for them to carry back. THEN
after they receive at least 1 payment we buy the note. We only close a couple of
these per year due to the fact that most sellers do not like the discount that
they will have to take when selling their note. WE DO NOT do Simultaneous
transactions, maybe that is what you were thinking about, where the we buy the
note at the same time the note is created. That does not happen any more. Hope
that clears things up a little for you.
