This Thursday, July 30, the Saskia Laroo Band returns to Café Stiel's in Haarlem for two sets of original jazz, funk, hip hop and groove. It will also be a special evening for me, as we'll celebrate the eve of my birthday together.

We'd love to see you there!

 

After the summer, we're looking forward to several exciting performances on both sides of the Atlantic.

We're delighted to perform at the Thursday Evening Jazz Series at Underwater Kite in Windsor, Connecticut.

 

We're honoured to close this year's Tuschinski Festival in Rotterdam with the Saskia Laroo Band.

Expect an energetic evening of jazz, funk, hip hop, groove and improvisation.

 

Behind the scenes we've been working on completely renewed Electronic Press Kits for presenters, festivals and cultural organisations.

Besides concerts in Europe and the United States, we're currently exploring several exciting international opportunities.

One of the projects we're especially enthusiastic about is the possibility of returning to Brazil for performances and cultural collaborations. While plans are still in an early stage, we're looking forward to seeing where they may lead.

Back in 2011, the 8-piece Saskia Laroo Band had the honour of performing for an audience of approximately 15,000 people.

It's a wonderful memory and we're excited to share it with you.
