Youngstown is the only community in Ohio to successfully have their Community Bill of Rights initiative to appear on the November 6th, 2018 voters' ballot.

Toledo's Lake Erie Bill of Rights (LEBOR) and Columbus's CBOR were disallowed by the Ohio supreme court's decisions to uphold the respective boards of elections' unconstitutional refusals to place properly-earned initiatives on their ballots.  This was due to Ohio HB 463.

This is Youngstown's TENTH ATTEMPT to get their legislation passed!!!  WE NEED TO HELP THEM GET THIS PASSED by the voters!!
