         Notes can't be bought for only three reasons:

    1) The Loan to Value is too high (the appraisal comes in too low)

    2) The payor's credit is too poor

    3) The note holder is unrealistic

        There are so many new and experienced note brokers out there that just plain do not know the definitions of some basic terms of the note business.
