29th December to 4th January, Adeje, Tenerife - 7 day retreat ( 6 nights)
In the mornings, there’ll be classes of relaxing Kai Men Yoga, Dao Yin Breathing, partner exercises and Forms under the balmy sun.
You get to unwind in the afternoons, do your own thing, bask in the pool or at the nearby beaches.
There'll be massage and acupuncture treatments as well.
Extra classes for you enthusiasts will be put on later in the day/evenings, too!
