TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day down 1.10% at 1,579,507. Oil Products (+2.60%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Paper Products (-3.23%). Automotive (+1.40%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 28,225 billion (approx. USD 89 million). Esfahan Oil Refining Co. (PNES +10.58%) Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD -3.46%) and National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI -3.45%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Iran Khodro Co. (IKCO +4.19%) was the most traded stock with IRR 12,380 billion (approx. USD 39 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 164,930 billion (approx. USD 517 million), up 17% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 81,680 for a loss of 1.25%. The biggest riser was Esfahan Oil Refining Co. (PNES +10.58%) while Parsian Bank (BPAS -4.54%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 60,430 billion (approx. USD 190 million). |
