Introducing the new Zodiac Series from Emma's Yarn! As they follow the sun’s path through the cosmos throughout the next astrological year, they are releasing a Theme Pack and a Super Silky Trio for each of the twelve signs of the zodiac as they come up! We will have all 12 colorpacks and theme packs as they come out.
December 22nd marks the beginning of the tenth month of the astrological year, Capricorn. People born with the sun in Capricorn are said to have steady ambition, quiet strength, and timeless sense of purpose. Emma's Capricorn Theme Pack and Super Silky Trio taps into Capricorn's earth sign roots with grounded neutrals, stone grays, and cool blue greens.

Join Raellyn for a two part class featuring the Contour Shawl, a deceptively simple asymmetrical shawl that lays securely on your shoulders as it curls around and hugs your neck. This shawl can be made beautifully with variegated yarns just using one colorway, but really shows off its style when using two (or more!) colors to flaunt the strong texture and ridge created in the easily memorizable two row pattern.

Stately Windows Hat/Cowl
For this class you will chose to knit either the Stately Windows Beanie or Stately Windows Cowl by Niki Griffin. Both projects give the striking appearance of stained glass windows and are an absolute joy to knit. Susan will walk you through the combination of slipped stitches, 2 color stranded knitting, and a truly remarkable take on corrugated ribbing. Both projects use two colors of heavy DK or light Worsted weight yarn (we recommend either Malabrigo Rios or Berroco Ultra Alpaca,) the hat uses US6 needles and the cowl uses US4.

How to Read Crochet Patterns and Charts
Confused by all the abbreviations and wondering what those asterisks mean? Come learn to decipher the language of crochet patterns and charts to level up your crochet skills.
We will be covering all the parts of a crochet pattern to see what information is included, translating most of those tiny abbreviations, and identifying the symbols that make up charts.
This class is suited for crocheters of all skills who are curious to know more about what patterns say and how they are structured. Bring your favorite yarn and hook, and play with some patterns to see what they make!
