Save the date! Though the pandemic might pre-empt the May 22nd parade and festival, we will at miminum have a virtual event under the theme "Dance Brings Us Together" Our ambitious goals for a better 2021: 10,000 dancers featuring over 100 unique styles of dance. We believe Dance Parade has the potential to awaken a communal human spirit and helps build a more equitable and vibrant society.

Our teaching artists provide dance programs to dozens of schools and community centers throughout NYC. In 2021 we are planning over 200 classes that promote emotional and physical health. Participants get the opportunity to express their identity, communicate feelings and develop self-esteem while mastering new skills.Then they show off their moves in the big parade!

These programs would not be possible without your support--Especially during the pandemic! This year #GivingTuesday kicked off our year end campaign and got us 94% toward our goal.
