The AGM of the Mackworth Club was held at Carmarthen Masonic Hall on Saturday 25th July at 11.00 a.m. A large number of light blues and honorary dark blues were in attendance when the meeting was officially called to order by the secretary and officially opened by the Chairman.
Members of the Club and the Province travelled to London to enjoy the Light Blues Communication during the last weekend of May. Once again, the event was hugely successful and very well represented by the Light Blues of West Wales.

Tenby Lodge Help Surf Lifesaving Club |
Members of Tenby Lodge presented a ‘cheque’ for £750 to Tenby Surf Lifesaving Club (Surflink) after their training session last week.
The Club is rolling out volunteer lifesaving patrols at Tenby South Beach when there are no lifeguards on busy beach days, to support the RNLI service. To do this they need patrol uniforms in order to be easily recognised on the beach. W.Bro. Tony Upham brought a proposal to the Tenby lodge committee where it was quickly agreed to provide funds for the purchase of the uniforms.

Aeron & Peterwell Chapter Hold Special Meeting |
At the Aeron and Peterwell Chapter meeting in May four Candidates for Exaltation were proposed. As the next scheduled meeting of the Chapter was the Installation meeting in October it was decided to hold an extra meeting to Exalt all four Candidates: a double double ceremony.
