Runrig - The Last Dance Concerts

For over four decades Runrig have uniquely combined their Gaelic roots with a mainstream rock sensibility that has won them countless fans across the globe.

The band was founded on the Isle of Skye in 1973 and enjoyed UK chart success with Gaelic songs in the 1990s.

The band released their 14th and final studio album, The Story, last year.

Next year will draw down the curtain on a group that has meant so much to so many.

Their final concerts will be held in Stirling's City Park on 17th and 18th August 2018. Due to the overwhelming demand from fans an extra concert date arranged.

"Announcing The Last Dance has brought with it so many mixed emotions. We’ve been overwhelmed and humbled by the response and the love from our fans. We're delighted to be able to add an additional concert and promise it will be a night to remember. It will be emotional; it will be fun; it will be entertaining; but amongst all, it will be a special evening saying farewell." Calum Macdonald.
