BHAF Committee members have been scuttling around town putting posters advertising the AGM onto site gates. Hopefully all sites have now been covered. Can you please let us know if your site does not have posters advertising the AGM, and we can arrange getting posters to you.
AGM Annual General Meeting BHAF
13th March 6.30-9.30pm
We will meet at 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start.
Due to the amount of hard work over the last year in regards to building the
Allotment Strategy with the Council, some Committee members will be retiring.
Please consider putting yourself forward to help.
We are especially looking for a minutes secretary to share duties with our current secretary. It looks like there will also be senior vacancies as well, please get in touch if you have any questions.
Chairman - Alan Phillips
Chairs Federation Committee meetings and the AGM.
Vice Chairman - Russ Howarth
Chairs Site Rep meetings and Liaison meetings with the Council.
Secretary - Allan Brown
Takes minutes at meetings, answers correspondence, general secretarial duties.
Treasurer - Emily Gardiner
Responsible for accounts and payments, development fund applications.
Publicity Officer - Mark Carroll
Manages the website and facebook page, group emails to members, poster design and general publicity.
Steve Lucas and Anne Glow
Committee members with miscellaneous responsibilities.
