Conservative or RINO?
James Inhofe in the Hot Seat
Senator James Inhofe’s voting record was the subject of an email sent out this week by Oklahoma grassroots activists.  The email pointed out a nice website on national politicians that I haven’t discovered.
I met Inhofe during the 2009 March on D.C., being introduced to him at a Freedom Works rally.  Inhofe invited me to bring a group of Oklahomans to his office that afternoon which CNN covered along with a documentary film maker that included the footage in the Tea Party Movie that was published in 2010.  Inhofe came across as a straight shooter, willing to admit that we were facing Weimar Republic inflation if we didn’t get our spending under control.  The man was not afraid of the documentary crew recording his remarks although he did ask CNN to leave after a bit so he could speak privately with his constituents.  But knowing and personally liking a politician doesn’t mean that they get a free pass when they are voting against the best interests of their constituents so when we got the email about Inhofe’s voting record we looked into it.
Going through the voting records found some votes that were troublesome:
On economic issues it gave a list of good votes but it missed the key bailout votes of 2009.
Infofe picked up a 100% ranking by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce which was troubling and listed this vote that wasn’t very conservative:   Voted NO on repealing tax subsidy for companies which move US jobs offshore. (Mar 2005)

Inhofe’s worst votes were on Constitutional matters:
  • Voted YES on extending the PATRIOT Act's roving wiretaps. (Feb 2011)
  • Voted YES on cutting $221M in benefits to Filipinos who served in WWII US Army. (Apr 2008)
  • Voted NO on requiring FISA court warrant to monitor US-to-foreign calls. (Feb 2008)
  • Voted YES on removing need for FISA warrant for wiretapping abroad. (Aug 2007)
  • Voted NO on limiting soldiers' deployment to 12 months. (Jul 2007)
  • Voted NO on implementing the 9/11 Commission report. (Mar 2007)
  • Voted YES on reauthorizing the PATRIOT Act. (Mar 2006)
  • Voted YES on extending the PATRIOT Act's wiretap provision. (Dec 2005)
  • Voted YES on cutting nuclear weapons below START levels. (May 1999)
On Agriculture issues Inhofe had one bad vote:
  • Voted NO on limiting farm subsidies to people earning under $750,000. (Dec 2007)
But the one vote that we should hold Inhofe accountable for is the two NDAA authorization votes that stripped Habeas Corpus rights away from American citizens.  A politician can do a thousand things right but if he helps destroy our right to a jury trial and supports indefinite detention of American citizens then he is putting safety over freedom.
Should Inhofe be replaced?   Our view would be that if he continues to vote against the Constitution and putting questionable “safety” above our Bill of Rights then indeed he would need to be replaced.   He is by far one of the better U.S. Senators but in politics one shouldn’t concern himself with noting what is right with a politician; it is their job to vote correct; our concerns should be with the bad votes and not make allowances nor settle for the lesser of evils.

The Black And White
of The Red White And Blue

By Ms PM
With all the racial tension in today’s world she drifted back to a memory of when she lived in the south. The recollection saddened her heart once again. Being young and working at one of her first jobs, the usual lunch break at her favorite restaurant left her with the normal route of walking back to work. This time, she was followed by a man that wanted to talk to her. She was pleasant until the conversation became intrusive, after all, being asked out by someone much older as well as not knowing the man, and seemingly he wasn’t accepting a “no” answer, she began to feel uncomfortable. It wasn’t a feeling of fear, it made her mad, she had refused his offer and he found it necessary to continue the walk beside her trying to convince her to change her mind. His next comment, “what’s the matter, don’t you like black people,” really pissed her off. Her response to his question was enough to finally make him back off when she said, “I don’t go out with rude assholes and you just happen to be black.”
This was long before the politically correct vocabulary of what to say and not say hit the streets. To this day she continues to “call a spade a spade” and it has nothing to do with the color of one’s skin as some would have you believe. She has learned to look beyond skin color, and to make up her own mind as to how people present themselves. Herein lies the problem, she is told she can no longer do this unless she is willing to be labeled a “racist”. She is willing to be labeled if that is where some find a necessity. She may not be able to do much about that but there is still the fact that she will speak her mind.
Actions speak louder than words, always have and always will. Until all of America learns the valuable lesson of being honest with each other this insanity will continue. She also wonders why there isn’t “British-ism” along with the incorrectly labeled race-ism, after all, didn’t we fight a war for this freedom for everyone? There is no doubt that division in America is the main goal rather than the more important issues we face. Unity will put the spotlight where it belongs. What is the government afraid of other than the populations’ ability to concentrate on the real problems? There is a lot to be said about united we stand and divided we fall. How can anyone believe government has the country’s best interest at heart when those in power continue a push for division camouflaged with their high and mighty false justice for all?
In this article it shows that there are very real reasons why all, not only black communities, are in trouble. Why is it so important to nurture the problems instead of the solutions? This white girl absolutely believes “that this national tragedy is usually swept under the rug by powerful interest groups and individuals more concerned with elevating their own racially-driven agendas than addressing the real issues at hand.”
The numbers don’t lie and the cold hard truth is more blacks are killed by blacks in our streets than in the Iraq, Afghanistan and Vietnam wars. Something is terribly wrong and things will continue to spiral out of control until all of the red, white and blues own it and fix it. The media will not report, the D.C. bunch will do nothing other than perpetuate the problem through their crafty division tactics. The black communities refuse to see their part and the whites are afraid to say anything. What a pathetic and apathetic bunch of ninnies we have become. There is a breakdown of the family unit throughout America and until everyone has the courage to speak out and take action, this insidious plague that eats away at the American dream will continue.
Another experience of life’s lessons hit home about two ago. This same white girl had a friend of twenty years or so. She knew her friend had racial issues and at one time in their friendship she asked the friend to refrain from her snide comments while they were visiting together.
All was well until the country elected our black President. The emails started with all the nasty things she had been holding back on and she was asked again to please stop, what she was saying was nothing more than bigotry and had nothing to do with the color of his skin. It didn’t stop and the girl chose to sever a long friendship.
The letter to the friend wasn’t kind but it was very truthful and once again she called a spade a spade. After a year of not hearing from the now ex-friend, the girl got a birthday card that said, Happy Birthday, from your own personal bigot. Rather than responding, the girl mourned what could have been and had hoped that the friend could have looked inside to see where she had been taught how to be prejudice. It just goes to show that people are willing to live without the gifts of life and sabotage their chance of meeting great people simply because their ego gets in the way. They can’t admit what they are doing is wrong. The girl learned that sometimes you have to stand when it would be much easier to sit.
This is quoted from one of the stories in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. If the shoe fits, wear it.
“And, as the years go by, working together, sharing our experiences with one another, and also sharing a mutual trust, understanding and love—without strings, without obligation—we acquire relationships that are unique and priceless.”
When you take the time to help those who acknowledge that they can only get help when they begin to help themselves, their families, and their communities, the real gift comes back tenfold. Everyone would benefit from asking a power greater than themselves this simple prayer; Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. If most people of every color would assimilate to this simple yet masterful understanding our world as we know it could be nothing but a better place for all Americans. Getting out of your head will at times show you why you carry around the baggage inside your head.
There is one question that this girl has yet to hear an answer. If “white” America, as those black political figures say in their talking points, is so racist, then why do we have a black President? Is it because white America looked beyond skin color or is it because there was enough voter fraud to get someone elected and ignore the will of the people? There is no doubt that racism is alive and well. This could, at this point in our history, be that old saying used in a situation where a person is considered guilty of the very thing they accuse another. The pot is certainly calling the kettle black.
Sooner Tea Party:
The Movie
Okay, we aren’t quite there yet but one of the things that few people know about the Sooner Tea Party is that we are the only group in the state that has a documentary crew recording some of our activities.  The crew started working in 2011 and has covered precinct walking, training classes, various public events, and included other grassroots groups or individuals that are allied with the Sooner Tea Party.  They are gathering footage to make a pilot film to attract the financing to do a full blown film on politics in the reddest state in the Union.  The final film will cover other types of grassroots activists including American Indian activists and it will touch on the history of Oklahoma politics including our early socialistic tendencies, something that a lot of people are unaware of.   Just look at our state motto:  “Labor conquers all”.
The filming is also covering the Jarjoura lawsuit and the insane Oklahoma County D.A. charges of blackmail that have been leveled as well as the 2011 break in of our offices and the resulting theft of the Sooner Tea Party financial and donor records.  That vulnerability was tightened up with a new security system that fixed the vulnerabilities of the old security system including video surveillance that is remotely monitored.   And if you want a really, really great security company please contact Comtec in Oklahoma City!
But the contacts with the professional film crew lead to an interesting role for the Sooner Tea Party this month when we were asked to help cast individuals for a TV series on illegal immigration.  This is a big budget series funded by Al Jazeera, talk about strange bedfellows in politics!   The show will take the cast down to the Texas/Mexico border to learn firsthand how the Border Patrol and the nearby ranchers are dealing with the flood of illegal immigrants then they will cross over the border into Mexico to learn what pressures are pushing the Mexicans to cross the border illegally.
We have already provided a half dozen applicants to the show ranging from long time anti illegal alien group leaders to outspoken individuals and a few conservative politicians as well.  But we are looking for more individuals and especially those that live in the South or Midwest.
Security will be tight, provided by professional companies on both side of the border that have experience in Afghanistan and Iraq.  The participants will be paid a weekly stipend, a fairly generous one in my opinion, and all travel and expenses are paid.   Requirements are a valid U.S. Passport, at least 18 years old, the ability to spend one month traveling during the filming, and it might be in some pretty remote places where neither cell phone nor internet service is available.  You also need to have strong views on illegal immigration and be willing to be outspoken. The email address for applying is in the casting flyer below but if you want an inside track at participating reply back to this email with the details and we will forward them to the casting agents.

One of the crucial parts of the story on illegal immigration is the story of RINO Republicans in Oklahoma doing their best to facilitate illegal immigration as part of their pay off to their masters at the State Chamber of Commerce.  Telling the story of what happens to those activists and politicians that dare stand in the way of the State Chamber is important too.  You don’t really think that former State Rep. Randy Terrill got in trouble for allegations of arranging a job for someone do you? You don’t really think that the blackmail charges were about replying all to a public email with a long Bcc list?   Those are just a couple of examples of the political persecution of conservatives in Oklahoma, the supposed reddest state in the Union.
All parts of a political fight are intertwined.   Having increased scrutiny of the tyrants at the state senate and at the Oklahoma County D.A.’s office is a positive thing for freedom in Oklahoma and in the interest of having a more transparent and honest government.
Hey Homer, I mean Frank,
Why Turn Your Back on Fellow Veterans
and the Constitution?

By the Watchman
What Senator Frank Simpson has done doesn’t rise to the level of treason, but may come up to the level of violation of campaign laws. Looking at his campaign records calls into question his management of construction projects after his departure from military service and indeed his accomplishments in the military. We’ll lay out the unknown facts and let you decide.
Simpson’s district covers the Ardmore area which is plagued by a high population of illegal aliens.   He is also a pastor at a church. Somehow doing the Lords work on Sunday, and deceiving the constituents of his district the rest of the year just doesn’t sit right with us.  His business rankings reflect the voting record and character of a man that is owned by the State Chamber of Commerce:
2012 Oklahoma National Federation of Independent Business 100%
2011 Research Institute for Economic Development 96%
And his ranking with the 2012 Oklahoma Sierra Club was 67%, one of the highest scores in the legislature.   You could go as far as to say that he is a budding environmentalist.   Can anyone say “Al Gore”?
Looking at the Ethics Commission reports, right off the bat we noticed that Senator Simpson likes to claim Springer, Ok. As his home, but his statement of organization shows a residence of Ardmore. What’s the problem Senator? A little problem with your residence is there? Where do you live?
What is with these politicians running for state offices seeking funds from private donors from out of state? Corporate donors are understandable, but not really welcomed. Why can’t they keep individual donations in state? Senator Simpson is no exception. Here are a few examples.
Mar. 16, 2010 320 Hidden Valley Ln., San Anselmo, Ca. 94960 $200.00
Mar. 16, 2010 9450 Holly Hill, Cincinnati, Oh. 45243 $100.00
Mar. 20, 2010 311 22nd Ave. NE., Jamestown, ND. 58401 $ 20.00
We could go on, but we’ve made our point. These out of state donations continue throughout the campaign.
We next looked at donations from unions, corporations and Political Action Committees. We wondered why he sold out to the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce, and the explanation was found here. The very first donation was from a group whose only purpose is to promote legislation that benefits the city of Tulsa. How does that benefit Ardmore? Here is what we mean.
Aug. 09, 2010 Center for Legislative Excellence 5314 S. Yale St. Tulsa, Ok. $5,000.00
Oct. 08, 2010 Mazzei For State Senate 6608 E. 114th, Bixby, Ok $ 250.00
Oct. 15, 2010 Oklahoma City Business Council, P.O. Box 2441, OKC, Ok. $5,000.00
The Oklahoma City Business Council is the way the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce funnels money to candidates they want to see elected to office.  We could continue with these type of entries, but they would be repetitive. Most are from various medical political action committees. The last entry was as of the report file for March 31, 2013. As of the date of the writing of this article, we have seen no indication of his filing to run for office again in 2014.
We next did a simple google search of Senator Simpson and the first thing to come up was the congratulations from the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce to the newly elected Senators. You can see that article here
We also found two articles that Senator Simpson released that interested us. The first one dealt with a bill limiting the statute of limitations for deployed soldiers. You can read the article here. One would think that as a retired military officer, that he would be aware of the Soldiers and Sailors relief act. This is a federal law that simply states that no legal action can be initiated against a serviceman or woman who is deployed until they have returned to the United States for at least 30 days. Maybe better educating our troops as to the laws out there designed to protect them would be a better way to go.
The second article dealt with educating the workforce at the Veterans Centers here in Oklahoma. This is a step in the right direction, but one that will not solve the problems entirely. You can read the article here. Better management and better oversight is also needed. Outside oversight by groups other than those being paid by the state are needed to get an honest opinion of what goes on and the treatment of our veterans.
We also found a campaign site for Senator Simpson. The website clearly shows that he is a liberal Democrat masquerading as a Republican. We say that because he has followed the typical Democrat policy of not indicating which party he belongs to on his site. You can see his site here
We also ran across this article  from a very prominent Republican blogger who happens to be an Army veteran and to our knowledge, never received a reply from Senator Simpson as to why the President’s picture was not on the wall. By law, his picture is supposed to be there. You don’t ignore the question of an African American Veteran just because you feel like it. This is at a time when we, the Republican party are trying to recruit more minorities to the party, not drive them away.
Then we found this disturbing article. We call this disturbing because this man has lost touch with most servicemen and women. Yes, finally Senate president pro-tem Bingman has finally put someone in the Veterans Affairs committee who is a veteran, but he was an officer. There is a huge difference between what an officer experiences and what an enlisted man or woman experiences. Senator Simpson has demonstrated that he lacks the knowledge to chair this committee by his lack of knowledge of laws already out there to protect deployed service members.
In conclusion, it is clear that Senator Simpson has sold his vote to the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce, the Cities of Tulsa and Oklahoma City for the continued financial support for his political career. He has done nothing for the district he is supposed to represent.  The good people of Ardmore should decide if this man needs to go back to making an honest living.  Don’t let the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce continue to run the Oklahoma State Senate.
The New Oklahoma U.S. Congressmen Get It!

If you are awake politically you understand that Amerkia the Police State is coming.  The average U.S. senator or congressman doesn’t understand the threat or they are unwilling to stand up for their constituents but the newer ones are still honoring their oath of office.
That was driven home lately when Oklahoma Congressmen Bridenstine and Mullin voted for the Amash amendment to kill the funding and authorization for the NSA wiretapping and email seizing program.  Congressmen Frank Lucas, James Lankford, and Tom Cole voted against the amendment to restore our Bill of Rights.  The final vote was 217 to 205, a narrow defeat for the amendment that would have protected your privacy.    A shameful 134 Republicans against our Constitution along with 83 Democrats and twenty eight more Democrats voted for the amendment than voted against the amendment so this defeat for freedom was perpetrated by the Republicans.
Let there be no mistake, this is not about catching terrorists or even criminals.  This is about building a complete police state in defiance of our Constitution and in defiance of the will of the people.  This is no more about security than airport porno screening or TSA molesting children or grandmothers.  Welcome to the new Amerikia where you are guilty until proven innocent.
