TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index closed barely changed on the last day of the trading week at 98,157, adding 0.01% or nine points. Automotive (+2.18%) was the top performing sector of the day and also posted the highest trading volume of IRR 259 billion (approx. USD 5.7 million). The biggest fallers were Paper Products (-1.80%) and Base Metals (-0.82%). Golgohar Mining & Industrial Co. (GOLG +3.08%), Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD -1.41%) and Chadormalu Mining & Industrial Co. (CHML +1.90%) were the stocks most influencing the All-Share Index. The most actively traded stock was Golgohar Mining & Industrial Co. (GOLG +3.08%) with IRR 55 billion (approx. USD 1.2 million) of shares changing hands. The total traded value of the TSE added 24.8% from Monday, reaching IRR 2,813 billion (approx. USD 62 million).
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the thirty largest companies by market capitalization also ended little changed, losing 0.06% to close at 4,346. The biggest riser of the index was Golgohar Mining & Industrial Co. (GOLG +3.08%), while Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD -1.41%) fell the most. The total traded value of the top 30s fell 17.4% to IRR 406 billion (approx. USD 8.9 million). |
